If you don't call them back 2 seconds after they leave you a voicemail they will give someone else a storage unit and not return your call and atleast say I can't wait for your call back in the voicemail or say u didn't pick up you missed the opportunity for a storage unit

Wow. Such great customer service. They went out of their way to get me setup in short notice and met me on my time schedule. A++++

Very difficult to work with... Would not recommend to anyone. Have never been so disappointed with customer service.
