“Salesman (Chris) was great! He was knowledgeable about the products, fabrics and prices. I had an idea entering the store what I wanted, and Chris beat a competitor’s price. Competitor couldn’t show me fabric swatches to compare color choices and wanted me to choose based on images from their website. Not an ideal situation when you’re investing what for me is a lot of money in a quality La-Z-Boy product I hope to have for several years! Had to order the chair I wanted, but am hoping it’s exactly what I’m looking for. Chris also demonstrated several features of the chair for me. Great shopping experience and customer service. We picked out the set Aidan wrote up the sales agreement and we will be back in a couple of weeks to pick it up. So easy no pressure great guy.”

“Meagan, my salesperson was magnificent. Patient, knowledgeable and kind. Made my bed shopping experience a delight.I do want to add a bit about my delivery experience. I fell and broke my leg the night before and layed for 15 hours before Paul and Aaron came (right on time btw). When they arrived I called for help and they heard me, came in and helped me get into a chair. They got me water, my glasses, cell phone and medication. They suggested I call 911 and I did. What kind, compassionate young men. I cannot thank them enough.”
“This store has a gorgeous Xmas section. There are multiple, entire rooms set up with differently themed decorations, from cottage to elegant, from classic to vintage 60s to modern. From frosty white to blue to soft pastels to warm browns. There are too many to mention. Next to each room, you find shelves loaded with the individual items to allow you to bring the room home. We spent over an hour taking in the plethora of decorating ideas. As they say, "If they don't have it, you don't need it." This is your one-stop shop for Xmas decorating supplies. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

Dalton was amazing at walking me through the different options when I explained my problems of getting the mattress into my upstairs bedroom. He worked with me on delivery and also ordering a box spring.”

“I love the bar stools that I purchased from Bar Stools Direct. They had a large selection of stools to view at their showroom and they let us take fabric and stool home to see how it would work out. After ordering, they held our stools at their store until we were back in the area to pick up and they assembled the stools. We went to Friese Mier and the whole process from start to finish was efficient, organized, actually pretty fun - and overall exceeded our expectations.
