“Great customer service starts at the top! I fuel at the Title Town office just about every day. I stopped in the office today when a receipt didn't print at the pump. I mentioned not getting one a few days prior. Ann offered to find the receipt, print it, scan, and email it to me. 20 minutes later I received an email with the receipt attached. “I love this Kwik Trip and have had so many fantastic experiences with the staff. Despite management creating dangerous situations for their night staff and long wait times for customers by egregiously lean-staffing the store, most of the employees go above and beyond, and are always friendly and helpful. Because of this, I was very hesitant to dock a star, but Carl has lost that star for the store. This man is unfriendly at best, and outright rude most of the time. I have had many transactions with him at this point, and always approach him as friendly as possible, and his outright hostility is exhausting. When I see Carl at the register, I spend my entire time in line hoping the other cashier can take me. Management seems unwilling to look out for their excellent staff, but hopefully they will be willing to correct the one man on their team that is NOT being friendly or helpful to their customers.”

And they got the best chicken tenders than anywhere else, even at restaurants, you can’t find them that good”
“I’ve eaten there a few times. Always had great service and great food at a reasonable price. I made the mistake of going there at noon on a Saturday last weekend. One older gentleman and 5 or 6 high-school age kids who were running around and appeared confused. I watched the gentleman hang my slip on the left end of the rack while the kids kept taking the slips off the right end lol. After the third person who ordered after me got his food I drew it to their attention as politely as possible. I still recommend Hilltop, employees just need a little more training.”
“Now a Citgo station, not Cenex. They added a Taqueria inside the building that has excellent food. It just opened yesterday. Very reasonably priced and there is indoor seating. You can enter from the gas station / store or from the north side of the building.”

They went over which lottery games were available for the day and told me about the different ones they have in Wisconsin. Came back on Mondqyy. Get some more lottery. “I really like getting my oil changed here, its just so simple straight to the point. Park infront of one of the garages, and they will tell you to turn off car and roll down your window. They’ll ask what you’re getting, I was not pressured to get filters checked, premium stuff…..etc. Then wait in gas station, there prices are also good. I would plan for 30 mins of your time.”

I informed the cashier and she quickly corrected the problem by notifying the gentleman, who was very polite and accommodating, at the car wash that I was coming through and had paid for a car wash. Car wash went very smooth. It did a good job on my jeep and I was satisfied.
