My favorite store. In 10 years had my 1st negative experience. Wanted a 20ton shop press. They had it in stock. Had to wait 45 minutes until someone was capable of getting it out of back storage. The 2 people on at the time were either not capable or didnt want to. I offered but was not allowed. Otherwise I love this store
