“My favorite store. In 10 years had my 1st negative experience. Wanted a 20ton shop press. They had it in stock. Had to wait 45 minutes until someone was capable of getting it out of back storage. The 2 people on at the time were either not capable or didnt want to. I offered but was not allowed. Otherwise I love this store”

“Celia designed two master closets for my wife and I. Celia was patient and shared wise suggestions regarding the changes we wanted or questions we had. There were a couple of minor adjustments that needed to be made after installation and Celia was helpful in getting that scheduled at no additional cost to us.
The installer who came to do the adjustments was friendly, polite, competent, and efficient and cleaned up the areas after he finished. We are very happy with the results. Our closets are organized and maximize space and efficiency.”

“I am absolutely never disappointed by the West Green Bay Home Depot. Recently acquiring a home built in 1953, renovations are a must! Every employee is always more than willing to ask if we have any questions, or to point us in the right direction. Customer service is always awesome.
I highly suggest utilizing their app also for finding things in the store. Accuracy is awesome.

* Everything was PERFECT
* Staffs are too kindly, friendship and hardworker
* Appoinment was on 15th July 06:00 am, I arrived on 14th July 17:30. They accepted delivery (Appreciated)
* Check in: Check in office is by the docks, you can find easily.
* Nobody was there, One guy saw me. He called someone right away and gave me dock number
* They unloaded around 2 hours. 47 palets. Palets were not organized. I think they unloaded quick.
