Nicolet was my father's bank forever. When they bought Baylake bank, I wasn't mad about it.
Since then, the have been extremely helpful with my mortgage and refi. I'm very happy with each interaction I have.

Aesthetically this location looks really nice with it's raised windows and lower balcony area. Employee's are friendly and helpful, never had a bad experience at this location. Also their high interest checking account is nice.

I had to contact the bank for a family member (they are no longer able to). Brandon, the Branch Manager, was EXTREMELY helpful! He helped me get the information I needed in a timely manner and was kind and professional!
