I opened an account here, Karen and Cesar helped me since the first minute, they were very kind and explain me all the details with a lot of patience, and solving all my doubts. For me, it was an amazing experience with both of them.

Terrible. I stopped in to deposit a check from my credit union into my checking account. The check was made out to “Wells Fargo”. The teller would not accept it. I then went to the Webster Street location—no problem at all!!

Very bad customer service by the worker Pilar, she was very rude with my dad, as soon as he came in this woman had a bad attitude towards him and his wife. Very disappointed. If a worker does not have a good attitude towards anyone then they shouldn’t be worried in customer service.
