“Been taking the work truck here for 3 years now, never had any issues. The guys are always real friendly and explain what they are doing as they do it. They tell you the prices and deals if they’re running any before selling any extra services, great transparency! The top off policy is really great, especially in these colder months when you go through washer fluid a lot faster. Many different faces throughout the last few years, but the service never changes. The higher price is worth being able to stay in your car, and not having to wait for hours like you do at a normal shop.”

“Had a flat tire, nail or screw puncture. Since i purchased tires here they repaired the flat and I brought my car back and they installed the repaired tire and even put my spare and everything else back where it belonged stowed away. Great service! I appreciate it guys!”

“It was such a great experience from the moment I arrived. I actually texted my boyfriend to say it felt like the business lounge at the airport. Friendly staff, great coffee while you wait, and super fast service.”
“Amazing service provided to us on a Saturday while we were in a bind from out of town. Our car was making some rattling sounds and was low on oil with a slight oil leak.
We were worried about a bigger issue we previously had coming back. Valentin met us with a tow truck prepared to tow us to the shop. After reviewing things in the parking lot he didn't hear anything concerning and recommended we top it off and just get an oil change before visiting our mechanic when we get home.
It was very helpful advice and gave us reassurance on next steps. When I attempted to offer him a bit of cash for his time he refused. This compelled me to leave this review because his level of generosity and honesty is rare these days.
I would absolutely trust this shop if I am ever in need in the future. Thank you Valentin!”

I was able to get a loaner car for my appointments. I’m so happy I found them by the best reviews they have and they surely are amazing. “First and foremost, I am not a fan of Bergstrom. Bad dealings with them in Oshkosh. Yes, this is now a Bergstrom dealer. Having said that, I have to say things went better than they have in the past.Service dept was very outgoing! I was amazed. I wasn't treated like a number as was my previous Berg experience. GoGreat job by all!”

They are so fast compared to anywhere else I have gone. “Basic wash and clean was great. Especially after an 18 hour car ride with a anxious, shedding Shepard mix. They got the windows of all the bugs and dog nose prints inside. Vacuumed really good too, considering our new car was a typhoon of dog hair. There was still hair in our dog hammock, but with pets nothings perfect. We watched them spend extra time on our car to get everything clean. And this was end of the day 5pm on a Monday too. Saved this place for future visits to Green Bay.”
