“Pretty big, well stocked. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but not crazy. Wanted root beer, found some classics and faves plus a few new to me. Some on sale. You don't need a store card, which I appreciate. Easy in and out. Good selection in general. Decent prices. I'm all for it.”

“I had to go here to complete my change of address application after it sent a barcode to scan on my phone! Everyone working was friendly and extremely helpful. It went a lot smoother than I had expected!The only downside here is the parking lot is so awkward! In between pulling into the wrong parking lot with no way between the two except the road, and having the entrance be part of an intersection, I have only good things to say!”

“I have been shopping at Festival West for three years. I like the store; however, today was the second time this happened to me. I bought a cherry pie. When I cut a piece after supper I found that it was an apple pie, I am very irritated over this.”

“My USPS mail carrier, Heidi, is the kindest, most caring, and efficient mail person I’ve ever had in my entire life. She goes above and beyond, always has a smile on her face, and even checks in with the clients she delivers to! I cannot say possibly enough about how amazing Heidi is. “I have been going to this post office regularly every week sometimes daily since August 2021 and today is December 20, 2021. I was starting up selling items on Facebook to make some extra cash while in CDL school at FVTC. Over this time they have helped me understand the difference in mailing items first class and priority mail. They helped me understand that if an item is shipped out over weight it could be delivered with postage due to customer which was very important to me to help serve my customers better. Chris, Kelsey and Viviana were my favorite people to see their. They were always willing to help me and serve me no matter how many packages I had whether 1 or 30. At the time it I was just going about business as usual and didn’t think anything about it until today. I had 28 packages that needed to be shipped today and I had moved to clintonville temporarily so I thought I would just take them into clintonville post office and have them scanned in and get my receipt. The lady had went and got two small boxes to put my laundry basket full packages in and was reluctant to ship them out because the return address still had my Green Bay address on it and complained about her post office not getting credit because of that reason. ( It’s a US post office to ship US mail.) so I decided I would ship them out at a different post office I really wanted to stop in Green Bay but chose to try Shawano post office to save on gas. They too were unpleasant, but did do the task. The post office lady in Shawano argued that they couldn’t hold up the line to serve other customers. I told her I was a customer. She agreed but said I had so many packages and didn’t want to hold up the line (it took about 10 minutes total time to scan in packages ) and wanted to mail me my receipt of them scanning them in. I told her I would be unavailable to receive this. She said ok we will see what we can do and she scanned them in and gave me 4 receipts not 1. I thanked her and was pleased she chose to do her job and neither of their two lines got held up. These unpleasant people have made me very appreciative of all the post office workers at Green Bay cofrin drive because none of them that I have encountered in the past 4 months none gave me any grief or were unwilling to do their job. Actually most were pleasant and all were helpful. Love my Green Bay post office workers and will keep my PO Box there.”
