I visited the Green Bay location and was immediately greeted by Rebecca with a smile and helpful guidance to narrow down the perfect boot for me. She took me through the fitting process which mapped out the size and arch of my foot. Leading me to the right insole which made the boots fit like I've never felt before. She didn't seek to sell me, but rather to educated me on boot care and how important a proper fit is.

“I went here for safety shoes and it was an excellent experience. Emma helped me with superb knowledge of what I requested in comfort for shoes. She got me a pair of shoes that fit perfectly on the first try, a brand I never bought before in my entire life. She also had personal experience with this particular brand. I got this pair and we had a pleasant, meaningful conversation that was quite delightful at checkout. It was a good deal for me and I was out of the store with a smile in less than 15 minutes, less time than I imagined! The store is clean and in order, the employees VERY attentive and knowledgeable.
