Trying to return a modem - very simple and quick. However there are 17 people on the wait list and it hasn’t gotten shorter in 15 minutes. There are only 2 people working of the 6 total stations. One guy appears to be texting and has been “working” with the same customer since I got here.
Some of the worst customer service I have seen.

Very busy store but nice people working there. Try to make an appointment before going there so you don't have to wait so long.

Had no wait time on Sundays. Common outage of service most of the time. Probably, the only internet service in the area.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This location in Green Bay (Ashwaubenon) WI never have enough customers service reps available. There are over 20 customers waiting with only 2 reps working. And 1 of them is training. So far I've been waiting 30 minutes and I'm still 18th in line. I have a bad internet modem and was told this was the only way to get it replaced in a timely manner. Charter Do better!

Absolutely unbelievable experience. I cancelled my Spectrum service online and came into the store for what should’ve been a 30-second equipment drop-off. Instead, I’ve been standing here for over an hour just to hand someone their own equipment back.
No sense of urgency, no organization, no acknowledgment that people’s time matters. Watching employees casually move at a snail’s pace while customers pile up is infuriating. If you already cancelled service, apparently Spectrum still feels entitled to waste as much of your life as possible on the way out.
This place is poorly run, disrespectful of customers, and an absolute embarrassment for a major company. If you value your time or sanity, avoid this store at all costs. Returning equipment shouldn’t feel like a punishment—but here it does.

Spectrum Is Terribly Short Staffed.. but worse than that... They need more than one store for the city and surrounding burbs of Green Bay. You literally have to make a reservation 2wks in advance to get any in store help from face to face service or to pick up/drop off equipment, as every single day from an hour before opening up till the minute of closing the line is out the door...a standing room only situation! For the busy and or disabled, it's completely un do-able!

Showed up right at opening to return my equipment, already was 10 people in line. The staff there was nice but severely understaffed so 45 minutes later and I had moved up 2 spot on the waiting list. At 1 hour I gave up and left, called into Spectrum to cancel my service and found out you can drop off at UPS stores, WHY do they not let you know that at the store?
They should either set up a self help kiosk from dropping stuff of or let people know you drop off else where’s

Really long wait times. Kinda wish there was a self-help kiosk especially if you're just returning old equipment. There's one for payments.
