I had a very good experience in purchasing a new phone. I did wait in line for awhile but when my turn I was nicely greeted by Jim and asked how they could help me. He advised me on type of phone to purchase and took care of setting it all up and explained each step. Very happy with service and new phone.

While visiting Spectrum in Green Bay today, in need of a new phone, Xavier helped me through the process. He was amazingly helpful from phone selection, to transfer and setup! Thank You Xavier!!
