“Got there Sunday afternoon walked in a 6 am Monday morning truck was in the shop by 6.10 diagnosed the differential pressure sensor was completely dead repaired and out the door by 9 am .Fyi there's food and hotel right next door”

And then we left an earring in the truck and they called to tell us about it. We were very happy with the truck and super service. Rent with them!”

“Good parts people. I’ve had one call that turned into a nightmare, but I think the guy was new. Took days to get prices and availability on parts. But every other time I’ve called or visited for heavy duty Int’l parts I’ve gotten great service. It’s nice that, even though I don’t buy a large amount of parts, they still know my name and remember who I am. I always appreciate personalized service, and Packer City is good at that. Highly recommend this place even if you only have a rough idea of what you’re looking for. They will find it for you!”
“The gentleman at Thunder Road Hobbies, where I picked up my U-Haul and car trailer, was really nice, offered to give me a crash course on the car trailer, since I never used one before, and the truck was clean inside and smelled good. Thank you!!”

“Very VERY nice, way way better than uhaul can ever think of being. Got 250 free miles on my first rental. Only cons, are they don't have enough vans (none availble in WI) and I had to drive to Neenah to pick up my rental. Overall GREAT people to work with. Another thing to consider is there is a $350 deposit required (pretty standard in the industry)”

“Great customer service. Was there Friday-Sunday many times with different issues and questions. Andrew was there solo every time running the place and dealing with the lines. Could not of asked for a better expirence, will come back for any reason I can think of!
I am editing this review after coming back for another rental a few weeks later. The store manager lynsey, like all employees there, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get what I needed done. Would leave another 5 star review if possible”
