“Very prompt with email replies, Dr. Ruffing is amazing, takes her time and answers all my questions! Quick to approve orders, and several receptionists so you're never waiting in line to check in. I also didn't have to wait that long for my cat to be called back to the exam room. Also, it smelled good in there! Not like a wet dog lol. Never felt pressured to have any procedures done, got info and cost on a procedure my cat may need done if she exhibited the signs. Very professional.”

“Unsure where to even start but our entire experience with the staff at packerland vet clinic couldn't have been more positive. 12. That's the number of vet clinics I frantically called begging for help and aside from the lady who suggested packerland to me (Omro veterinary staff) I really didn't feel like anyone cared or would help us until I made the call. I spent 2 days absolutely frantic thinking I wouldn't have this moment right here ever again but thanks to the entire staff I do. Thank you for going above and beyond for my little girl and ensuring we have many more years together! Tia, Maddie, Maddix, Logan, and Grandma ❤”

“This place is amazing. I take my dog and cat here and they’re the kindest people. I also took my precious pet rat here to put her down and they were all so sweet 🥹 they sent a hand written card after. I would recommend this vet to anyone. They also work with you about pricing.”

“We love it here. Dr Michael is so nice and cool! We’ve been bringing our two dogs here about 7 years now and are always happy with our experience! Our poor old girl Lucy just had to have a bunch of teeth pulled and they took such good care of her over there. She’s doing great! We would recommend TLC to anyone with pets!🩷”

“Exceptional care for my oldest to my youngest. Finding a vet that combines holistic and modern medicine in this area has been a huge blessing!! I have a dog with a very rare condition and without the care of the vets and techs at CountryCare, she would not still be with me today.”

“Dr. Eastman is the best! You can definitely see that all of the staff there have a deep love for all animals and their humans. We love taking our two dogs there for all their pet/medical needs. We know that they are getting the best care possible for their medical issues and the staff are all very thorough on checking everything out at each visit. We highly recommend all of their doctors and assistants at Bay East Animal Hospital. Thank you for all you do for our four legged family members”

“They truly love animals and go out of their way to make every visit a positive experience for both pets and their owners. “Our beloved golden doodle is almost 10 years old. She is an integral part of our family. We've used Buddy's Vets (formerly Allouez Animal Hospital) for years, with more frequent needs & visits in 2022. She's had two lumps removed, one benign and one malignant, and also had exploratory surgery to remove an object she had swallowed that was obstructing her colon. On each occasion Teddy was treated was such compassion and professionalism from the moment we walked in the door. Dr. Harper is an outstanding vet and surgeon, and the sensitivity and kindness she displays makes her even more amazing. Every technician and receptionist displays and equal level of humanity. Every team member carefully listens and offers a thoughtful response. We couldn't be more impressed or appreciative of the care we receive at Buddy's Vets. Thank you! Cindy D.”

“Love this place!!! They are so welcoming and super friendly!!! They are so great with my Bella. Bella is a super friendly hyper dog who wants say hi to everyone and to be loved by everyone... sometimes it can be overwhelming but the staff is just so great with her... I love that you can chat with them through via text on their website. I work m-f 8-4. Sometimes it's just easier for me to chat on the web instead of calling for non emergencies or to set up her next appt. The response is usually pretty quick... Overall, this is such a great veterinarian and I am super happy that I found this place on yelp...”

“The Animal Hospital of Ashwaubenon is honestly the best vet clinic I've ever been to in the area. With my first cat, we shopped around a bit for a vet clinic that felt like a good fit which took some time to figure out. I tried this vet clinic based on a recommendation and now my three cats have happily been established here for quite a few years. The vets, vet techs, and staff members are all very kind and caring. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my cats here and knowing they're in good hands and any questions or concerns I may have are taken seriously. The clinic itself is very clean. I feel scheduling appointments and the general communication between pet owner and vet have always been an excellent experience. I highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for quality care for their pet.”
