“I stopped in here to J's BBQ on a work visit to Ripon on the advice of this Google review.. It did not disappoint ! I would say one of the best BBQ's I've ever had ! Super tender meat with great bark, some unique, flavorful sauces - so GOOD !Staff was so friendly and helpful as well ! Highly recommend you check it out !”

“As I was waiting for a new hot fresh meal to be brought out, I noticed a wonderful young woman named Sophia helping out a customer. Sophia was kind, caring, and so helpful. She is not just a beautiful face but an extremely incredible worker and young woman. How Sophia treated the customers makes me want to return to this location for something every day. Sophia should be honored and shown appreciation. She is extremely important and valuable. Thank you, Sophia. On December 18, 2023, I stopped in again to grab something to eat real quick. Upon selecting what I wanted, I went up to the cash register where I was warmly greeted by Bradi. Bradi was so caring, loving, warm, and attentive. Just like Sophia, Bradi is not just a beautiful face but an extremely exceptional worker and young woman. Bradi should be honored and shown appreciation. “After waiting 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, the pharmacy manager (Josh Schwartz) finally called our name for doing vaccines. He was not friendly and very clearly not enthused to be helping us. His off-put demanor was the last thing my daughter needed while preparing for a shot. When she showed hesitation, because she was scared - Instead of trying to calm her or do anything to help, he tells me that this is why you take kids to the pediatrician. We did not end up getting her shot done due to his extremely rude/condescending behavior. Don't worry, Josh - we will never be coming to you for a vaccine again or frequenting this store while they employ an individual such as yourself (especially as a manager). Also, not that it is any of your business, but my daughter does see a pediatrician. She did not have her shot done as I was scheduled to have a shot done anyway.”

“I gave this store a 4 star only because I feel like they're slightly overpriced. But with that being said, its my favorite store to come to for meat. Their meat is affordable and of good quality. The meat is always fresh, stocked, and available. I love when they have sales going on in the store, as well. Service is usually friendly. I don't mind shopping here.”
