“The two employees that I love to work with are JoMyra and Sofia. Jo has a great so funny and has a great sense of humor. When go banking I always tease her and make coffee in fun like when she says is there anything else we can do for you I may come back with yeah a million dollars in small bills or well don’t tell my wife ‘this this other fourth time I’ve been the week. She’s so much fun with her.
Sophia is so knowledgeable and professional. She handled my joint account that I have with my son who is saving for a car. She answered all of our questions and concerns. She is in charge of those upper management accounts and is very knowledgeable and friendly at the same time.”

“We've been w/ PFCU for over 20 yrs simply because of the fact that they always work well for us. We've never had any major issues w/ them and they've always helped w/ any minor ones we may have incurred ( which were very few in our long time w/ them). I don't care for the fact that we can't make principal-only payments on our loans online. It is what it is , I guess. We are going to stay w/ PFCU for as as we continue to receive the GR8 treatment and service we've received these last 2 decades. Hopefully, many more years to come. We are very satisfied customers.”
