This H&M store is consistently described as clean, organized, and nice. The staff are helpful. Shoppers appreciate the good sales and low prices, especially for children's clothing. However, a common frustration is that the fitting rooms close an hour or more before the store closes, preventing trying on items. Some adults are unhappy that the clothing selection seems limited to plain black, white, and beige, lacking colors. While the store is well-maintained with clothes neatly folded, some customers did not find the specific items they wanted.
We had a great shopping experience, the fitting rooms were clean. We would also like to thank Lulu for being very helpful and finding a turtleneck for my husband.
