The dress made arrived within 2 days. She was very prompt about notifying me that the dress had arrived although I missed her call twice. Her excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. “I was returning a pair of pants that didn't fit. The manager was so helpful about how each style of their pants fit. She let me know that the pair I was going to replace the ones I was returning were going to be too big because they stretch. I got a smaller size and they fit perfectly. She could have just done my return and moved on, but she didn't. She provided amazing customer service, even while be short staffed. Thank you for the excellent experience!!”
