JCPenney is a good and trusted shopping destination with a long history. It offers quality products, great prices, and a wide selection for fashion and home. The staff and sales people are described as wonderful, nice, helpful, professional, and attentive. Customers are always treated well. However, the store could use a makeover in certain areas, as some parts are not very appealing and need maintenance. Overall, it is a place customers are happy is still in business after all these years.
This is a great JC Penny! They have a lot of dresses for every occasion, this is my go-to store when shopping for an event.

Went for a photoshoot and it was amazing. They were running quite behind but the photographer Mike was amazing!! Shoutout Mike, my mom loved the photos!
