“I've had nothing but good experiences here. It's pretty much the only place I go for good fitting bras. They are expensive, but when you hit a sale, it's easy to stock up. They measure you for bras which is a great free service. I had to exchange and it was easy. Also I scan the sales to acks first. Their clothes tend to be a bit pricey.”

“I absolutely love visiting Maurices at the Southridge location. The staff is always more than than helpful. I've stopped in there several times to look for outfits for special occasions. The staff always goes above and beyond to help me out. I never leave empty handed and love the outfits they pick out. I feel like I have my own personal shopper when I'm there. What a great experience. Kudos to the entire staff.”

“This place is dangerous. For your wallet.They rope you in with things like clearance sales where you get 70% off already marked down prices. Then if you sign up for their rewards program you earn "Torrid Cash" which when they run their Torrid Cash redemption period, it's essentially 50% off. It breaks down to $25 off a purchase of $50 which is not hard to do there since full price items are usually pretty pricey.And then, to make things even worse for your bank account, the staff are really nice people, so of course you'll want to go back for chit-chat because not only will you get into good conversations over what books or tv shoes they recommend, but then they also keep you up-to-date on all the promotions and deals and remind you if they don't have an item in your size in stock, they'll order it and ship it to your house for free. So really, enter at your own risk. Make sure you save up, because you're gonna walk out of there in debt if you don't. Now pardon me, I have to stop writing, I have to launder this giant pile of clothes I just bought.”

“I had issues with my giftcards at the store today, and without the help of Keith I wouldn't be writing such a positive review. Keith spent his time calling district managers, customer service and more just to resolve this issue. Not only was the issue resolved but he gave us a discount for our troubles, I will definitely be coming back now that I know Tilly's puts their customers first. I tried looking for a spot to review employees on their website but I couldn't find anything so that's why I'm writing it here. Thank you Keith!”

“The mall has a fair number of stores but what I'm here to talk about is how perfect it is to go with toddlers. They have a little play area (with phone charging stations for parents). There is even a toddler height sink by the food court. My daughter's favorite was the train driving around the mall that we got to ride on though!”

“I was returning a pair of pants that didn't fit. The manager was so helpful about how each style of their pants fit. She let me know that the pair I was going to replace the ones I was returning were going to be too big because they stretch. I got a smaller size and they fit perfectly. She could have just done my return and moved on, but she didn't. She provided amazing customer service, even while be short staffed. Thank you for the excellent experience!!”
