“Placed an order for a sweater on line and picked it up at the store. The process was easy. I used my birthday credit towards the sweater and with it being on sale I hardly paid anything for it. It's a well made sweater. I'm very pleased with it. I like the color(Granite Green).”

“My last experience with Macy's was great. I bought a sport coat by a designer and it looks and fits great. It was also 60% off the original price. When I got it the sc was as good as advertised but now it was $30 less. I called Macy's and they reduced the price for me. Awesome. No return just a adjustment. Macy's can be a little pricey but if shop sales you can find great deals. This was one.”

“I was returning a pair of pants that didn't fit. The manager was so helpful about how each style of their pants fit. She let me know that the pair I was going to replace the ones I was returning were going to be too big because they stretch. I got a smaller size and they fit perfectly. She could have just done my return and moved on, but she didn't. She provided amazing customer service, even while be short staffed. Thank you for the excellent experience!!”
