“First time there and later in evening. Clean washing machine and dryers are very good. Although using the app to pay it went from $3 to $4.50 and said price changed as I was loading., but never did charge me. I do like the rewards program . Everytime you pay for a washer or dryer, you get rewards credit back . At least I think that's how that works... Either way, no complaints. I'll be going back 100%”

“I took 4 expensive dress shirts and a pair of pants that I thought had been ruined after going through a wash with an oil based gel pen that exploded during the wash cycle. The staining was really bad on all clothing items. They were willing to try and remove the stains, but couldn’t guarantee they would be able to get them out. When I came to pick up the shirts and pants they were able to get all of the staining out!!! Unbelievable! Extremely reasonable cost as well. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.”

“I took 2 dresses in to be dry cleaned and was totally amazed at the outcome. One dress was purchased in 2007 for my son's wedding and the other was one I received after my sister passed away in 2001. The dress for my son's wedding was light buff beige w/sheer jacket which was embellished w/small flat pearls. The dress had huge blotches of what looked like red wine stains. Lily stated that those are stains that happen from years of a dress just hanging and most likely wouldn't come out. The other dress was a maroon gown w/a long jacket and matching neck scarf. The dresses came out looking brand new, and all for under $50 for both.”

I’ve had multiple different items altered here for different occasions, with that being said the materials were COMPLETELY different and they did an amazing job each time. “Stopped in over the weekend on Saturday @ about 11am -the Laundromat I typically go to was packed and extremely busy...So I kinda if drove around aimlessly looking for a place to Wash my clothes of a family of 4 and I found this place...I had about 6 loads of laundry and was impressed with the biggest washers they have..I was able to do my 6 loads in 2 of the largest washers however I did split up the laundry to dry... overall the price is cheaper than the regular laundromat I go to and cleanliness was a A+ and for a sat mid morning it wasn't too busy and I now have a new cheaper clean place to go to and wash ...if I would have washed my laundry at my apartment it would have took me all day!!!! But if you're looking for a new place I'd give this location a try !! Thank you to the owner and staff for keeping the place affordable and clean”

“This laundromat is very convenient and close by, with plenty of machines that seem to work well. The change machine is also in good working order. I brought a load of work attire (I’m in construction), and everything washed fine. However, the place is a bit dirty, with visible dirt around, and there was a homeless person passed out smoking a cigarette inside, which was concerning. Apart from that, it’s a decent laundromat with good machines”

“Despite getting its XS size, the down parka I bought was still too long, including the sleeve length. The usual tailor I go to understandably declined the job request to shorten the parka and sleeves' lengths (can be an absolute mess to work with), but they recommended trying to ask the seamstress at The London. I am so grateful and impressed that she accepted. I am very happy that I can now wear my down parka with a more fashionable tailored appearance (didn't want to return it because I liked the style and the sale price). I am no expert on alterations, but the stitchwork seems solid to my untrained eyes (final verdict TBD after the parka goes through a few winter seasons of use and a few wash cycles). Paid just under $200. Project completed in about 3.5-wk. Just incredibly thankful to The London team for taking on my request and taking good care of my parka. All staff members that I spoke with were friendly. Even got a phone call to update me on the project's progress. Easy to find location along N. Milwaukee St. There's a parking garage literally across from the store and some street spots as parking options. Hours are very reasonable. Accepts tap to pay.”

“I use 414 Laundromat regularly for my Laundrymeets service, especially for larger wash, dry, and fold orders. The machines are consistently reliable and able to handle high-volume loads without issues, which is important for my business. The facility is kept clean, and I can usually get in and out efficiently even during busy times. It’s a dependable spot that helps me keep my turnaround times fast for customers. Overall, a solid laundromat for both personal and business laundry needs.”

“I brought in a pillow for a friend who had it for years and it was in tough shape. It was a down feather pillow. She is in a facility at the end of life. We are pleased to see what a great job Natural Cleaners did. Also, they were a very helpful and friendly staff. I will continue to support this business in the future. Thank you to everyone who assisted in putting a smile back on her face!”
