He explained construction and differences-well and let me take time to try the different ones. He actually suggested one that was at the Miller Parkway store that he thought would fit my needs. “I bought a mattress two years ago but it sunk in the center, I figured I would be out of luck, but Nancy in the warranty department Told me that I was covered and after refunds, upgrading costwise about another four hundred dollars, CC discounts and redelivery fee it only cost me about 200 bucks. I don't put much faith in people's "guarantees" but I admit I am surprised and totally pleased!!!??”

“We have been purchasing appliances from Grand for almost 20 years. Our recent visit to the showroom on Burleigh was consistent with other experiences. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for, 'front load washers and dryers'. She explained where they were and she would have someone help us shortly. Within a couple of minutes Kevin greeted us and proceeded to answer our questions and explain some of the newest features. After narrowing it down to two we decided on the GE 5.0 cu ft front load steam washer and dryer in graphite (very sexy looking machines I might add). Since our dryer was out of commission it was reassuring to know that they could deliver them on Tuesday (it was Saturday). We needed delivery, setup and our old appliances disposed of properly. We were in and out in about an hour. I Received a text on Monday confirming Tuesdays delivery time and Tuesday morning the big white truck was in front of my house. Jose and his associate came in our house assessed the situation and got right to work. They were professional, thorough and respectful. Grand is a Midwest owned company and has a warehouse in Sturtevant which makes for a quick turn around on many appliances. Their prices have always been competitive and I will continue to purchase from Grand.”

“Augi was very helpful in talking us through the points of various mattresses. He demonstrated for us (he operated the remote while we lay in the bed) what the fanciest adjustable base does. (I had never heard of one!) He checked the website of the mattress brand we picked and found us an even better sale. Delivery will be Tuesday, 8 days from now. When we asked if the delivery guys would be willing to haul our old bed to our basement guestroom, he assured us they would (and that they'd appreciate a tip). Definitely recommend.”

“Absolutely the best buying experience I ever had in any business. I had gone to a previous mattress firm store and unless I was going to spend close to 3000 or $4000… I was made to feel cheap. I checked out this place and they’re absolutely is no one present I could lay on as many beds as I wanted and try the remotes and go back-and-forth until I settled on my final three and then settled on my final one. I had a couple questions I called the toll-free number. They answered right away and answered my questions. Then I went to the kiosk, and that was easy to use to order the mattress for delivery. It automatically added on the discounts that were listed on the mattress. They made it super simple. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new mattress or bed.”

“We needed a washing machine for one of our rentals. I thought the store was open until 8:00. So we drove 50 minutes there. I found out they close at 7:00. We arrived at 6:52. Only 8 minutes before closing. I went in apologize for coming in last minute. They were very gracious and helpful I bought a washer and they loaded it in our truck and was out of there by 7:19. “Distribution center is what it is, a large warehouse will all the stuff ready to be sent out. This review is on the Clearance Center.The Clearance Center is very random as you would expect. But everything is labelled appropriately and setup up, so there's no real digging or seeing something you can't sit-in/open drawers/etc. Prices on these clearance items are highly discounted and also delivery on those items is still available.”
