He did not follow us around the store like many salespeople do at other places but instead just let us know he was there when we were ready. Once we did have questions we explained a unique situation to him that required very specific dimensions. “Is it a museum, theme park or lighting store. You'll have to make up your own mind. Been here several times before. This trip was to get some replacement parts for a very old hanging chandelier. The people in the repair department did a great job of finding the parts that we needed. It was only $8 for the several parts.

“We came in several times looking at furniture. We ended up using the design service, which turned out to be a good idea. We had Oscar go over some of our thoughts for the Southwest design of our living room. After coming to see our home and measuring, Oscar did a great job incorporating our likes into his vision. The presentation was fantastic and we were onboard immediately. Oscar is very personable, professional and made the whole process enjoyable. There was no cost for the service which made the experience an even better success. Good job Oscar!”

“Purchased suede and a belt kit. I wear the belt from the kit. Suede is great. I purchased polyester yarn and wool yarn. I made a basket with some of the polyester yarn. Photos of polyester yarn crocheted white clothesline for a basket. I used Hobby Lobby gold yarn for convertible mitts, mittens extra warmth in winter with a glove or mitten sewed on my coat with sewing thread.”

“Been here a few times to look at some furniture and found a couch set that would work, but I wanted to save up a little more money before buying that one. So I was in and out a few times, but The employees were not pushy at all and that was great. Super helpful all the way through. But when I came back to buy the one I wanted, there was another one that was way more fitting for what we needed. It was a little more expensive but I was able to save up enough to get the one that I really liked. We had it delivered and everything was super smooth, the couch is so comfortable and my family loves it. Actually, it brought us closer together. Great positive experience all the way through.”

“Wow this place is amazing. Super nice and attentive. Lots and lots of stuff! You'll probably find what you're looking for here. The majority of the things did not have price tags, which I found to be really inconvenient because I didn't want to have to keep asking how much this and how much that cost. For that reason alone, I would only return if I could locate what I really wanted here. Additionally, there is a service fee for using a credit card. Go check them out. I think you'll enjoy it.”
“I had a great experience at this store. Nathan helped us out in choosing our wall and floor tile, and VP flooring. I bought all 3 that night. Exceptional customer service... Nathan was a pleasure to work with and extremely polite and patient- no only with us but also his co-workers. They also loaded our vehicle since it was raining that night. I got a similar quote from Tile Store-- I essentially was able to get similar tile at this location for about 1/3 the cost. If you are in the tile/ flooring market- do yourself a favor and visit here... skip the Big Box stores when shopping for Tile and Flooring.”

Great store with new items every single month! Friendly staff, fair prices, and truly a unique vintage shop that cares about the entire shopping experience. This is how vintage is done right.
