Slow and manager sits in office and watches lines grow but will not help. Tellers get slowed down by older customers asking a million questions that should go to a manager

I had worst experience at this location there’s lady was working at the front desk she looks Mexican skinny blonde hair I did ask her where is restroom she answered me very rudely there’s no restroom for the client
