I had the worst experience ever at this bank location. The service was absolutely horrible and I cannot believe this establishment is allowed to operate. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it took an incredibly long time to complete even the most basic transactions. I felt incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my visit, and will never be returning to this location again. It's clear that this bank doesn't value its customers or their time. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.

Worst attitude ever from Shavron or whatever her name is. Teller was upset with previous customer and carried her attitude throughout my whole transaction. Tf does your previous interaction have to do with me?! Get another job if you can't handle customer service.

I went in the lobby to deposit a check, and there were 2 individuals ahead of me. There was only 1 tellerAfter helping the first individual, the teller announced to me and the other person that she was closing. This was at 3:20pm and no communication if another teller was coming. After asking the teller what we should do, we were told to go to the drive through. I went to the drive through and waited 10 more minutes with only one other car ahead of me and none in the other lanes. After waiting, 10 minutes, I went back into the lobby to find a long line and the teller who refused to help me, still at the counter helping customers. I left very frustrated without depositing my check. I have banked with US Bank for 35+ years, and this is not the first time for me to experience poor customer service at this location. Seriously considering withdrawing all my funds and going to BMO next door, where the customer service is outstanding. I go regularly to this BMO to make bank deposits for my employment location, and never have I been treated poorly there. I'm going to attempt to deposit the check again, hopefully I can get it in my account soon!

Customer of 10+ years, stopped in today to cash series EE savings bonds. Was told that US Bank locations do not deposit these bonds and instructed to reference the Treasury.gov website. The website states that paper bonds must be deposited at your financial institution, of which 95% accept series EE bonds. I contacted customer service who then stated that this is a pandemic protocol. I struggle to understand why the bank is open and accepting cash and check deposits but not savings bonds. Seems advantageous to find a more agile bank.

Went to my bank to get some money out for my bill .. I asked for 200 and the atm only gave me 140, I had to dig the rest of the 20s out .. Thank God the cut on my finger isn't too deep.. This is the first time I experienced something like this with my bank atm .

I have been a customer for 30 years, went to open another account and to notarize a document. The person who I met was very rude and talk with a chip on her shoulder! She came with complete BS about the noarizing process. I went to BMO at 76 and Layton, opened a saving account and notarize my paper within 30 minutes! They loss $$$$$$!

Worst bank ever. My mother opened a cd here in 2012. She passed away this year and had 4 family members named as beneficiaries. Took her death cert to this branch since this is where she opened it. They LOST HER BENEFICIARY PAPERWORK!!! Because of this they would not release these funds and inferred that perhaps she removed all of her beneficiaries on the account. Fortunately for us, my mother was very diligent in getting copies of every piece of paperwork she signed after the bank reps signed and had a copy of the signed beneficiary paperwork in our safe deposit box. Otherwise her funds would have had to go through probate due to THEIR poor record keeping. Word of mouth tells me I am not the only person this has happened to. Ridiculous! If you must bank here, get copies of everything you and the bank reps sign.

It is almost October and the lobby is still not open and if you go to the drive through expect to wait 45 minutes if they are not going to open the lobby than they should have more than one teller running the drive up at this rate we will take our 5 accounts and go back to chase

I went there to cash in my coins since there is a coin shortage. You are not allowed to go in so you therefore have to pass your coin bag through the slide out table. You do NOT GET a printed out receipt as to how much your coin total was...only whatever they tell you through their mask n intercom. Did all the coins go through the coin changer?? Couldn't tell you- I didn't see it nor do you get a receipt. Poor customer service

I understand there is a virus going around and people are on edge. But gives the manager no reason to be completely short and rude with anyone she encounters. Was shocked how she handles situations. Time to grow up
