Walked into the store needing a screen protector and case. Jonas greeted me and and asked what I needed. He quickly found the items I needed, which were a package item. He offered to install the screen protector and slipped on the phone case. I was in and out very quickly. Very sociable and attentive service. Thanks

I have been a US Cellular customer for many years. I did not have really good luck at the last store I visited I felt taken advantage of.
I tried this store and I got to tell you it was an awesome experience. David was my salesperson who set us up with a new phone did side by side comparisons, showing me what's the best deal for us. Literally the total cost for both options. . No pressure at all extremely knowledgeable and professional I definitely will be back

I walked in the store and everyone was busy. Patiently waited for someone to come available. An employee walked to the front and literally put his head down on a display and didn’t to greet us or say a word at all. I even went as far as verbally asking the person with me should be just go as it seems no one wants to help us here. He heard me and there was no reaction at all. I was planning on moving my 6 lines away from another provider to US cellular but I can’t imagine doing business in a place with that little regard for a customer or potential customer standing in the lobby for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. I’m not reviewing the company as a whole but this location’s customer service is in the toilet at best and they lost my business with that type of attitude.

The store associate was helpful while I was there but the estimate of when the issue would be solved was estimated to take 24-72 hours. It has now been 8 days. The new phone I bought has been locked which caused me to be unable to log into one of my work accounts.They made sure I had a temporary phone and plan (which I had to pay for) in the meantime but had I known I wouldn't be able to use the device I bought online and would have to wait over a week for the issue to be fixed, I would have gone to a different mobile carrier.

I had a mediocre experience with US Cellular's customer service on site. The staff was not very helpful with resolving my issues, and it seemed like calling customer care was the only way to get my problems solved. While I appreciate that customer care is available and responsive, it would be more convenient if the on-site staff were more knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, my experience was average, but I would hope for better customer service in the future.

Came into US Cellular early on a Saturday Morning and Carol assisted me. Professional, Courteous, Knowlegable and Friendly- She is a CREDIT to the company!
