The United States Postal Service has very nice and sweet employees who provide amazing customer service and are the most helpful. They put in all efforts to assist customers. A physical blue mailbox is located outside the building, allowing for drop-off outside business hours. However, there can be significant issues with mail forwarding, as some mail is not received even after months. While sometimes unable to service specific requests, the assistance provided is greatly appreciated.

I had such a great experience today! Lisa was very nice and super helpful. I had no idea how to ship a package since I’ve never done it before, and she took the time to explain everything step by step. She was patient, friendly, and made the whole process easy for me. I needed to mail something while on a trip and I did not expect to be impressed by a random post office but here we are! I’m so sorry I did not see her name (my receipt says clerk 11) but she was the sweetest woman 🥹 I wish I lived here just for the post office! :) thanks so much for your help
