Rude guy at the service desk. Its obvious customer service is not your priority. I wont be back.

I had a passport appointment scheduled. They cancelled all passport appointments for the day and never notified me. Drove 20 minutes out from work, had to wait 30 minutes in line, just for the staff at the desk to let me know. Very disappointed.
