“My husband and I decided to take our 5 year old Schnoodle, Zoey in for a second opinion after she was diagnosed with high blood pressure. The diagnosis was based off one single visit that was extremely stressful for her. The doctor she was seeing at that time recommended that she take high blood pressure medication twice daily and be checked in two months. This did not sit well with neither my husband nor myself. I decided to ask around for recommendations and thats when we were told about how wonderful the doctors and staff at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic are.I was able to schedule an appointment not only in a timely manner, but a time that worked well for both my husband and my schedule. The girls at the front desk took care of calling her previous clinic and having all the records sent over.Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiling faces with a large white board welcoming all the new pet clients to their practice. The waiting room was clean, nice and roomy.Upon getting called back, a tech welcomed us to the clinic and took us back to the exam room. We waited not even two minutes and Dr. Taylor came in and introduced himself to both my husband, myself, and our Schnoodle, Zoey. He answered every single question and concern we had. Not one time did we feel rushed. We both could tell that Dr. Taylor truly loves what he does and has the best interest in your pet.We are so thankful we found Dr. Taylor and the staff at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic. Our Zoey does not have high blood pressure after all, it was perfectly normal after they took a series of them. He ran a couple blood tests (that he only recommended if we wanted to compare results of where she was currently at vs was). He completely let it up to us. He was not pushy one bit. We decided to go forward with the blood tests.A couple days later the tests came back. I was amazed that Dr. Taylor (himself) called and not a tech or receptionist. Once again hats off on having the best interest of the pet. Again, he throughly explained everything and answered any questions. I never felt rushed one bit either. The results were also sent via email for our reference.So if your looking for a new Veterinary Clinic, look no further. I promise you will LOVE the doctors and the staff here. “I have worked with animals for 25 years. I have owned my pet resort for 15 years. This proves that I have had/met my share of veterinarians. I have never received personal attention before as I do from Hales Corners Vet. The office is always welcoming and goes out of its way to ensure that dogs and cats are kept safe in their lobby. I appreciate this having reactive dogs myself. The facility is always clean and organized. The doctors show great compassion in their work. I can easily tell that they love what they do. They are very easy to reach whether it's by phone, email, or trying to book a last-minute appointment. I could not be happier than I am with Hales Corners Vet. I am so happy that I have found them.”

“I made a “new patient” appointment for my dog and it happened to land on the day we had a huge snow storm. Their office decided to close at noon and I was scheduled for 2:45pm. They called to reschedule me and I expressed my desire to get in because I had some concerns about my pooch. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and squeezed me in at 10:30am.The vet tech, Mallory was lovely too. She bundled up to take my dog outside to gather a urine sample, so they could get it tested same day…I thought my pup may have a UTI. She did! And because of Mallory, they were able to start my dog on antibiotics that day. The veterinarian, Dr. Andrea Sobon was referred to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! She spent almost 2 hours with me explaining and answering all my questions. She is beyond amazing at her job!I recommend this clinic if you are looking for a vet and staff that genuinely have your pets best interest at heart.Everyone I came into contact with had amazing customer service.Thanks for a great experience.”

“Took my 15 year old Morkie there for an urgent issue. She had a swollen anal gland that was about to rupture. Was able to get in on a Sunday with no wait. The process was quick and efficient and the care provided was excellent by all staff. Dr. Bonstrom was very nice and handled my old girl with care! Was in and out in less than an hour with medications.”

“My dog is difficult but not aggressive. I had to hold him down so that he could get his two annual shots. The staff worked with me and I was very thankful. “I was referred to Crawford by the ER vet nearby when I had to bring my cat in for an emergency when he wasn't urinating. They were able to get him in same day for an exam and got him down for a cystotomy the next morning! They took such good care of my baby and I felt comfortable. I was very anxious about the surgery and they answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me in detail with his diagnosis and what to expect. They also offer a Loyalty Program & rewards towards visits, which is extremely helpful as everyone knows vet bills can get pricey. I had no issues with his previous vet office, but I'm so impressed with Crawford that I will be switching and getting his routine care here moving forward!”

“Dr. Ben helped me send my 17 year old cat to the spirit world. They were very accommodating and kind to the situation at hand. I appreciate the help ending her suffering.One thing I would note for improvement is that the assistants that day at the desk were a bit loud in discussing about other things (work related complaints that could have been discussed in private ir withheld), when I feel and have been trained to be more respectful to the situation. The actual Vet Tech and Doctor were very gentle and respectful, though.”

“Great spot for routine care and of course in emergencies. We use Advanced Animal Hospital for our regular care for our 11 year old dog. The whole team from reception to vet team are all awesome to work with. Everyone always has a smile and is happy to see your furry family members! We recently were in and had a check up with Dr. Dzika. He was very informative and transparent about future care. With our dog being older, we've got a teeth cleaning in our future. We were able to talk about what to expect from start to finish, including price ranges. Loves the open conversion.Also, they do an awesome nail trim. ?”

“Absolutely amazing place. I have brought a couple of my dogs here over the last 15 years and they have always received great care. The staff is always friendly, compassionate and amazing and goes above and beyond in my opinion. One time a few years ago I called in a panic when my dog was choking on something. My car was in the shop at the time and due to the emergency situation they offered to drive over to my house to try and help save my dog's life. Luckily I was able to dislodge the item after trying a couple things they advised to do and my dog was fine. Just the fact that they were willing to go out of their way to save my dog's life tho speaks volumes. I highly recommend this place! They are always my go to vet whenever one of my dogs needs to be seen and always will be.”

The vet quickly diagnosed my cat with a urinary blockage and confirmed that he needed immediate surgery. We took our cat to a 24 hour emergency vet hospital for surgery. She saved our cats life.”

“I had to take my dog here because she was not well. Never was here prior and took a chance . From the front office scheduling to the tech Aliyana it was smooth and efficient and VERY welcoming . Aliyana was very supportive! Environment was kind and that goes along way when your new and the unknown with your pet . Dr Hillery diagnosed my pups needs and treatment rite away and I saw improvement in my dogs health as soon as the next day ! She was back happy eating and running crazy through the house . Dr Hillery is a great vet and I have complete trust and confidence bringing my dog back for future treatment. This will definitely be my new vet moving forward. Prices were also responsible and affordable”
