“My husband and I decided to take our 5 year old Schnoodle, Zoey in for a second opinion after she was diagnosed with high blood pressure. The diagnosis was based off one single visit that was extremely stressful for her. The doctor she was seeing at that time recommended that she take high blood pressure medication twice daily and be checked in two months. This did not sit well with neither my husband nor myself. I decided to ask around for recommendations and thats when we were told about how wonderful the doctors and staff at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic are.I was able to schedule an appointment not only in a timely manner, but a time that worked well for both my husband and my schedule. The girls at the front desk took care of calling her previous clinic and having all the records sent over.Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiling faces with a large white board welcoming all the new pet clients to their practice. The waiting room was clean, nice and roomy.Upon getting called back, a tech welcomed us to the clinic and took us back to the exam room. We waited not even two minutes and Dr. Taylor came in and introduced himself to both my husband, myself, and our Schnoodle, Zoey. He answered every single question and concern we had. Not one time did we feel rushed. We both could tell that Dr. Taylor truly loves what he does and has the best interest in your pet.We are so thankful we found Dr. Taylor and the staff at Greenfield Veterinary Clinic. Our Zoey does not have high blood pressure after all, it was perfectly normal after they took a series of them. He ran a couple blood tests (that he only recommended if we wanted to compare results of where she was currently at vs was). He completely let it up to us. He was not pushy one bit. We decided to go forward with the blood tests.A couple days later the tests came back. I was amazed that Dr. Taylor (himself) called and not a tech or receptionist. Once again hats off on having the best interest of the pet. Again, he throughly explained everything and answered any questions. I never felt rushed one bit either. The results were also sent via email for our reference.So if your looking for a new Veterinary Clinic, look no further. I promise you will LOVE the doctors and the staff here. “I was referred to Crawford by the ER vet nearby when I had to bring my cat in for an emergency when he wasn't urinating. They were able to get him in same day for an exam and got him down for a cystotomy the next morning! They took such good care of my baby and I felt comfortable. I was very anxious about the surgery and they answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me in detail with his diagnosis and what to expect. They also offer a Loyalty Program & rewards towards visits, which is extremely helpful as everyone knows vet bills can get pricey. I had no issues with his previous vet office, but I'm so impressed with Crawford that I will be switching and getting his routine care here moving forward!”

“Great spot for routine care and of course in emergencies. We use Advanced Animal Hospital for our regular care for our 11 year old dog. The whole team from reception to vet team are all awesome to work with. Everyone always has a smile and is happy to see your furry family members! We recently were in and had a check up with Dr. Dzika. He was very informative and transparent about future care. With our dog being older, we've got a teeth cleaning in our future. We were able to talk about what to expect from start to finish, including price ranges. Loves the open conversion.Also, they do an awesome nail trim. ?”

“5/5 stars for BanfieldI am very shocked to see several bad reviews, several of them I disagree with. There are so many reasons why I love Banfield.I love the Pet WELLNESS plans, as a young pet owner with many kids and unexpected bills, this is an amazing plan to budget for keeping your pet healthy. A low cost monthly amount comes out of my bank account, and with that I can come into the vet anytime with 0 fees! Unless futher treatment is needed, which is then discounted because I am on the plan. My dog ended up having pink eye, came in for no cost- then they prescribed a medication which was 60.00 at the clinic, I found it for 13.00 on chewy. When I asked if I could get it off of Chewy, they were glad to help get the prescription sent over to chewy. They were all about helping me and my pet out.I saw a prior review about them taking someones dog to the back for a exam. This also happened to me. My dog was acting very weird once exam time started. They asked to take her to the back. I agreed, as I saw her acting protective over me. Biggest part of this is they "asked" me if that was okay. If I said no, they would have just done the exam in front of me.Overall staff is very helpful and friendly every time I have come in to the vet. 10/10 would recommend.”

“They are great with both my dog and my cat. My dog has anxiety and they do their best not to push him to far out of his comfort zone while still giving him the care he needs. They also help me come up with ideas on how to make things easier for him so that each time we go he has less trouble then the last. I'm deeply appreciative of their kindness and patience. The only down side is they are open mostly while I'm at work so I can only go in on Saturdays. However with the quality of treatment given I'm willing to deal with that minor inconvenience.”

“My angel baby Roscoe (black kitty) had an emergency urethral blockage. We took him to Frontier initially but were referred to VCA due to the urgency and the amount of time he would need to be there. Dr. Shimon was absolutely wonderful, he was very transparent with us and was able to work with us the best they could financially. We were waiting a very long time, but we understood and were just glad that our baby got the care he desperately needed. Thank you Dr. Shimon and all the staff at VCA.”
