“This is the most amazing care I’ve ever received. In about a month, we brought in two cats. The first didn’t need to be seen, and as we had only spoken with a tech, we were refunded the initial deposit for being seen. Two weeks ago, we brought Nova in due to lethargy and looking overall ill. Before I even started signing in, they took her back. Once in the treatment room, they explained everything that was going on and why they were wanting to do each test or treatment. They had to keep her overnight for a blood transfusion, and the overnight vet called early in the morning to update us and let us know who was coming in next and what we should expect. We finally brought her home, and she seemed happy and better than she had been. She didn’t look scared or upset, which is such a relief. Tuesday night, she began collapsing under her own weight and wouldn’t eat. Wednesday, we tried to get her in to our primary, who couldn’t see her, and ended up bringing her back here. Once again, they took her before we’d even finished checking in, and we were brought into an exam room quickly. They came back in, and told us that there was nothing left for them to try, and that it was time for her to rest. They brought her in, let us love on her, and even came in to explain the cost and to let us pay privately in there rather than in the lobby. Nova was put to rest on 9/9 at 9:06am. From check in to check out, everyone was extremely compassionate and informative. There was nothing they did that they didn’t explain why they were doing it, how the process would go or how long for results. They treated us, and Nova, like their own family. I, hopefully, will never have to come back, but if I ever need emergency care again this will be where I go.”
