“My 2021 F-150 broke down in Shorewood while there visiting relatives. I called Lake Ford for help. They suggested a tow service and quickly get to work on the problem. Ends up it was a recall item (evidently done improperly by a different dealership) and got it back on the road in one day. Great service, easy to work with and excellent communication!”
“Well battery went down but car was doing all kinds of crazy things, lights and locks going on and off, and basically shut car completely down. Got the battery but of course your wondering, is the alternator shot...nice to know you can go over to AutoZone and get it all checked out at once....turns out alternator was good just bad battery. “Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door.
Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.
