“My son’s car was stranded on the road and Matt from Midas who had just gotten off of work and was heading home stopped to help us. He figured out that the connection to the new battery that I had very unprofessionally tried to install was not connected tightly enough. He tightened everything up and suggested we may need a new battery wire connection to the negative connector to our battery. We tried to give him money but he wouldn’t take it. Just so thankful for his help and look forward to taking my car to Midas for Matt’s expertise and kindness. Thanks Matt!”

The dealership provides a shuttle to and from the dealer which I didn’t know about until I was offered a ride home and I had a pleasant experience with the shuttle drivers making car repair so convenient and easy. 5 star experience!”
