Waiting I asked if they were able to put a head light in (mines went out) Steve such a cool sweet guy he helped me. He noticed I had the wrong bulb so we drove to the nearest auto zone and I we got the right one. When returning back they said the tire I had was no good (which I already knew already my tires were balding) so they suggested I get two new tires (well used) and I agreed. The owner gave me a deal so I definitely will be back to get the other two just off the service I received and how they treated me so well. Ok now back to the headlight steve suggested I get two one of the headlights were really yellow and wasn’t bright enough he told me he didn’t want me out at night driving with no lights so now my brights are brighter for now which I truly appreciate until I can figure out why the other part isn’t coming on he was so nice customer service was a 10/10 I would recommend them on any day. I also want to thank Nathan I believe he helped with my tires he was pretty quiet but he also was very nice. Again thank you Mr. P’s you guys will definitely see me again you have a new customer.”
“On Friday, March 3, 2026 (Good Friday), I drove up to inquire about an emissions test. Even though all their bays were full with cars and the parking lot was full, the mechanic said “just a second while I wash my hands”. He returned within minutes. He took care of my emissions test and presented me with a hardcopy of the results. He was efficient, professional, and cordial. I now have a new garage to take my vehicles to.”

“I have to say that this experience has been the BEST car buying experience I could ever ask for. My father had wanted to trade in his Denali for a new one that we already picked out. Only problem is he has health problems and wanted to avoid the typical all day excursion a car buying experience can normally be involving mounds of paperwork and hours of waiting around the showroom floor. We got ahold of Chad and boy did he deliver. Not only did he answer all our questions but was able to deliver our new truck to OUR HOME and complete the signing of paperwork right in our kitchen. Came to pick up the old truck leaving us with a new shiny truck. We didnt even know that was possible. From start to finish Chad went ABOVE AND BEYOND responded quickly to our texts had the trade in offer within minutes and we had the ball rolling. All in all we had a new vehicle in our driveway withing 6 hours without even leaving our house. I could not have asked for a better outcome especially seeing as my dad has a hard time moving around and is on oxygen. I cant thank Chad and the team at Kunes Greenfield enough.”

“My 2021 F-150 broke down in Shorewood while there visiting relatives. I called Lake Ford for help. They suggested a tow service and quickly get to work on the problem. Ends up it was a recall item (evidently done improperly by a different dealership) and got it back on the road in one day. Great service, easy to work with and excellent communication!”

“Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door.
Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.
