I called Eddie's Gaming Computers & Repair to ask about a custom gaming PC, and Eddie answered the phone himself. He was really polite and took the time to listen to what I needed. He knew his stuff and gave me good advice without pushing me to buy anything.
When I went to their store on 108th Street in Greenfield, The technician Mole helped me out. I had a ton of questions about different parts and upgrades, and he answered every single one with a lot of patience. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel dumb about not knowing much. You could tell he really knows computers.
Between Eddie's helpful phone call and Mole's patience and expertise in the store, I'm definitely buying my next PC from them. Mole was friendly and had a good sense of humor too, which made the whole thing more enjoyable. I've already told my friends about them. Highly recommend.”
