“Incredible customer service!!!!!!! We had to get a truck and car dolly to move cross country and after having a reservation with budget truck rentals for 2 months prior, we showed up and they did not have what we needed to move and pretty much said “too bad”. I immediately called Penske in a panic and they SAVED THE DAY ENTIRELY!!!! From the second the woman answered the phone all the way until we got the keys to the truck it was a great experience. I cant recommend Penske enough and will never personally go through another rental company ever again!!”

“If you're renting a 10' U-Haul truck, do yourself a favor and pick it up here. It's part of an Amoco gas station, and they process the contracts for the U-Hauls parked on the side of the gas station lot. It was quick and easy, and since it's not a full-on U-Haul branch they didn't try to upsell me on anything or slyly try to pad the bill. I wish I had known how smooth rentals are from here in the past...”

“The company I work for has purchased 3 Hino Box Trucks. We have a 2015, 2020, and a 2022. We recently bought two semis as well. A 2023 Volvo, and a 2022 Mack. All five trucks run and drive great. Kriete Truck Center truly is a one stop shop for everything truck!! When the trucks need service, they always get our trucks back in service, fast!! Their technicians are very knowledgeable, and do top notch work. I can honestly say, Kriete Truck Center cares about their customers, and their customer's trucks. “I understand the negativity; no U-Haul is ideal, but the people working at this location on 1st worked with us, laughing at my ineptitude. It took a couple of tries before we found a truck without issues, but they're U-Haul trucks. The proprietors are from the neighborhood, and the location is convenient. Pricing is competitive. The day went well.”

They always have trucks available, additional equipment, and return is 24/7 which is great because at other U-Haul purveyors they might not have 24/7 return which means charging you an additional day.
Return is also streamlined and super easy.
