“Picked up a trailer for an afternoon and the whole process went very smoothly. Pick-up was quick and the man behind the counter (Theodore maybe?) was excellent. We drove off talking about how impressive the customer service was. Highly recommend.”
“I figured I’d see a Penske signature yellow truck for our delivery (after looking at all the other photos posted here) but a white one arrived instead!! I looked it up later, and learned that Penske is now going to be using more white trucks because they are more efficient for the company and easier to resell afterwards, which was very interesting to find out. Even with the vehicle color surprise, the delivery process was simple. The employees were beyond expectations-- nice, helpful, professional. Thank you guys, you were awesome!!”

“Everyone was very helpful. Storage unit was very clean. Only thing I was concerned with is went i went to the unit someone rode a motorcycle through the building. Kayle was very helpful and got me moved closer to the door . I have neuropathy and my original unit was in the back of the building. Walking distance is hard for me. She relocated my unit close to the door. I can't thank her enough.”
“Katie was wonderful. She answered all my questions and made the whole rental process easy and excellent. I have not experienced this level of service at other rental locations. I will definitely let others know about Devon self storage!”
“Rented the 6X12 trailer yesterday (5/6/26). Was easy to access trailer to get hooked up to our truck. Picked up during open hours and the guy working was helpful. Returned after hours and it was an easy process through the app.”
“At first when I came there was a young kid who I believed was new. He was having trouble just taking basic card information down and was not time efficient and everybody knows when your living time is of the essence. So, that first day was a struggle. I needed the Uhaul for one more day and I needed boxes also. Second time around Allen helped me set it up no problem and him and Jesse even helped me carry out my boxes and the tape to my truck. Nobody does that anymore theses days! It made my day. Also, Allen gave me a reminder call a few hours before the truck was due back just to make sure I was on schedule. All I can say is this type if service us so much appreciated and made my hectic move much more enjoyable. Thanks again Allen @ Cudahy Uhaul.”
“I've been using this storage unit for many years. Really clean facility. My only complaint is the main doors as well as the main garage door are not working. And they don't know when they will b fixed. So I had to use the side entrance that I never realized was there! It all worked out”
“All the employees were very helpful and made the entire experience prompt and convenient. The 15' truck was kept nice and clean as well. The next time I need to rent another UHaul I'll be sure to come back. Thanks!”
“Very convenient place very knowledgeable staff.Doing a good deed helping a young couple move into their new place ?If it wasn't for this business it wouldn't be as smooth !Thank You U- Haul”

“I understand the negativity; no U-Haul is ideal, but the people working at this location on 1st worked with us, laughing at my ineptitude. It took a couple of tries before we found a truck without issues, but they're U-Haul trucks. The proprietors are from the neighborhood, and the location is convenient. Pricing is competitive. The day went well.”
“I went to the wrong location to pick up my Uhaul, but the young man who helped me was wonderful and get me set-up with a new reservation, so I didn't have to uber 15 minutes away. (The gentleman with blonde hair working the morning of 8/12)”
