“Just had Bath Fitter install a new complete shower for my father in law. The gentleman who came to the house was Jimmy. He was excellent!! I can not believe how well the install went and the shower is beautiful!! Jimmy arrived promptly, took extreme care with the entire process, explained every detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. There was a small mishap with the shower seat and he went above and beyond and had someone bring the correct one to the house while he was installing everything. He even cleaned everything up both inside and outside. It’s like he wasn’t even there! Most places don’t take that kind of care in what they do or how they represent their company. I am extremely satisfied and extremely happy with the end result! Thank you Jimmy and Thank you Bath Fitter!”

“I had a great experience at this store. Nathan helped us out in choosing our wall and floor tile, and VP flooring. I bought all 3 that night. Exceptional customer service... Nathan was a pleasure to work with and extremely polite and patient- no only with us but also his co-workers. They also loaded our vehicle since it was raining that night. I got a similar quote from Tile Store-- I essentially was able to get similar tile at this location for about 1/3 the cost. If you are in the tile/ flooring market- do yourself a favor and visit here... skip the Big Box stores when shopping for Tile and Flooring.”

“I went in to this store in the midst of a bathroom remodel needing a new shower kit/system due to a delay in a previous one I had ordered from a different company. I had a challenging request but my sales consultant Dianne went above and beyond helping me! She was so personable, knowledgeable, and was determined to find something that would work for me. She was able to perform a few miracles and got me what I needed so I was able to take it home THAT day! The shower system is beautiful and high quality and I cannot wait to put it in my shower. Simply amazing! Highly recommended this beautiful show room and Dianne! I will definitely be back.”
“Staff was extremely helpful and nice. We had to exchange a cracked Kohler toilet we ordered from Home Depot and Home Depot didn't have a replacement for us so Kohler had us exchange the toilet at Ferguson Plumbing. I was very impressed with how quickly they helped us.”
“Kevin did most of work was very professional and attentive to detail for our Kitchen/Master Bath projects. COUNTERTOP guys (AMC Countertops from Fond du Lac) left something to be desired. Had to come back for caulking issues in bathroom 3 times (finally got it right) and 2 times for chip/flaw repair to kitchen Quartz (high end) countertop. Hard to communicate and delays in responding to my VMs. One time a worker just showed up at 830am without telling me and when he came in and saw the issues said he didn't have what he needed for the job. Squirted some epoxy in kitchen chip hole and left (not surprisingly someone, from AMC, had to return to do a professional repair and it was done so well you can't even see or feel where the problem was. All Countertops look great and fit well, just the response time and communication was sorely lacking. P&J was great to work with (Ron and Jill). We have referred at least 3 others to them. Also the price was $3k less than one other, $5k less than another and $7.5k less then another (who was going to charge extra for additional things that P&J included in price). All work and materials were comparable to each contractor. 3 other contractors wouldn't even give me a price without a down payment and one other said the job was too small ($40k)??? I would highly recommend and please use my google recommendation and mention me.”
