They listened to my thoughts, made suggestions, pointed out pros and cons of various products and allowed me to take samples of products home. Remodeling is not just aesthetics; DIY staff understand the specifics of plumbing. They capably pulled out several catalogs, and with ease, pointed out fixtures they thought I might like and without missing a beat, they pointed out parts that I didn’t even know that I needed. We ordered a custom made shower floor. Again, they made recommendations and suggestions. We followed their advice and were very pleased with the product which arrived at the expected delivery date as did all of the products that we purchased. The store is small and mighty; I spotted a display of towel bars, cleverly designed towel holders and a unique mirror.
