LensCrafters at Southridge is a very nice facility dedicated to providing quality eyecare. They offer comprehensive eye exams using modern technology to check eye health and test vision, along with a complete range of premium lens solutions and a wide assortment of designer brands. The selection of frames is plentiful. The staff are courteous, helpful, professional, welcoming, efficient, and friendly with amazing energy and great personality. They are informative and helpful with choices, offering honest advice and options without a pushy sales pitch. They treat customers with respect and take care of loyal customers, providing great service and salesmanship. The experience is honest and fair. They accept most vision insurance plans and all prescriptions are welcome. They provide rush service when needed and help customers get the most from their health care plan. The overall experience is very nice and less stressful, even when busy, thanks to the super helpful staff.
Exam was very thorough and Anita was awesome to work with while choosing frames! Appreciated the time the doctor took to explain my eye exam and made sure I understood everything. Great selection of frames, too!
