I had to re-order my reading glasses because I lost mine. We did everything over the phone and I was able to order a new pair even though I was having problems with one of my cards. She waited while I got a different card to use.!

Vision Works is great and has an enormous amount of frames. Staff friendly. Miguel was so helpful and gave me choices of frames me. Right off the bat was friendly and knowledgeable. This is my 5th pair of glasses in past 15 years. Convenient location.
