“This place is amazing! Worth the drive, time and money. I have made HUGE strides in my health. Overall, I am very healthy but I want to stay on top of that. I use them as preventative to optimize my health. I am busy running two business and 3 kids so I want to feel my best with all my responsibilities.When I started here I had seen a traditional doctor that runs labs I had fatigue and foggy brain. I found out I had hypothyroidism. With the previous doctor I tried hypothyroid medicine for 2 years with no positive affect on my labs. But then I started with lake side they found the root cause and then very quickly boom NO more hypothyroid. So grateful for them to optimize my health.”

“I arrived early morning and checked into the kiosk which was very simple to use. The kiosk said the next available appointment was in about 45 minutes but the lab wasn't very busy at that time and they got me right in. My lab tech was amazing. She was very friendly and professional.”
“Went yesterday and my experience was prompt&thorough. It was very neat&organized and the lady working, Lana was just the nicest lady. Looks like she's running this place fantastically...Went to a previous Labcorp 2 weeks ago, and it was very sloppy and disorganized. Not clean. I was surprised it was allowed to be like that. I'll continue going to S.27th Street...Only reason I wouldn't though is if my lab/blooddraw results take as long as they do 2 weeks ago. It took 8 days for basic lab results.”

“The first thing you need to know is Maps sends you to the wrong address. The business has moved to 4570 S. 27th St., which is about 2 minutes away from the Google location. Search by that address instead of the business name to get to the lab. Second, I had a perfectly pleasant time. The interior looks a little old but is clean. The front desk person was pleasant. I was called within a few minutes of sitting down. They did have trouble pronouncing my name correctly. Outside of that, the tech taking my blood was nicer and more skilled than most. The stick was good; I've felt much worse. We conversed about a few things after the draw, including how Google has the wrong address. I also informed the front desk of this issue. All in all, I would have no hesitation in using this lab again.”
“Why is LabCorp closing in New Berlin? This is a great facility with great people. Many people use this location! Truly hope you move into another site in New Berlin! Otherwise my family and others will have to find a different lab to go to.”

“In and out... I was a walk in and as I walked in I was greeted right away and then taken back to a office to start paperwork and drug urinalysis... the whole process takes less than 10 mins. The longest part for me was actually trying to pee in a cup...lol but after I did I was taken to an office and confirmed numbers on paperwork to my urinalysis cup sample. I was taking this test for a DOT drug test.... best experience ever in regards to taking a drug test... definitely recommend this place”
