“I have entered several stores right before closing and received the worse service ever. However, this was not the case. Cheyenne was opposite of what I am use to minutes before closing. She was sincerely welcoming, patient and helpful. My dad died and I was buying dress wear for my teenage son. She explained how products fit and she helped find items within our budget too. She was a great conversationalist. She was relatable and we never felt rushed. I wanted to give her a tip when I left but I did not have cash. I don’t usually leave a review unless something in extremely poor or extremely good. Cheyenne was extremely good! Thank you.”

“Great place for all of your outdoor gear! Not a lot of shoes, but lots of coats, jackets, sweaters and socks. I got a really nice Carthart jacket/coat for $42, that normally goes for around $125 or more.”

“This was my first time going to this store. I went in looking for a pair of dress shoes for my wedding. I was greeted by Kenny who was incredible in helping me find the right shoes. He helped walk me through the different styles and helped match the shoes with a belt, tie, and pocket square with my suit. Diane also helped in picking out the style. They both have impeccable style and knowledge about men’s fashion. I will definitely be stopping back for any new additions.”

“Desi recently helped my fiance with his suit and was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in. She got him fitted and when the suit arrived a week later she was able to take the time and help make a few hemming adjustments. She was so lovely!
Octavia helped us a few months ago when my best friend got married, she was able to help my fiance get fitted so quickly as we were on a time crunch. She pulled out several different options as we weren’t sure what color to go with. And really helped us vision what it was going to look like.

“Can't say enough about the exceptional service and caring that was extended to myself and my two daughters from Karie and the alterations staff that helped us.... I am a somewhat capable seamstress and thought I could hem my own dress .. well life happens and my world turned upside down with the unexpected and time escaped me and here I was a month and a half out from the wedding and my dress was not hemmed and I am the mother of the bride !!! My daughter the bride was having her alterations done here and i came with her -- so in desperation I asked "would you be somehow able to hem my dress as well?" .. and Karie said absolutely !.. and fit me in the schedule right then and there !!! And a week later, my daughter the maid of honor brought her dress to them as well. From beginning to end for myself, my daughter the maid of honor, and my daughter the bride - the professionalism and caring was exceptional - so were the workmanship of all the alterations - they made sure my daughters and I were 100% happy and did what was necessary to make it what we wanted.. The cost was disclosed to us upfront and it was honored throughout - no additional hidden fees..... They took care of all 3 of us - and we do not hesitate to speak highly of them to anyone we know that need great, efficient and perfect alterations - If you need alterations, come here first- you wont need to look any further - definitely 5+ star service !! I had a great experience at the Kohl’s in Milwaukee. Right from the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized everything was. The shelves were well stocked, the racks were in order, and—miracle of miracles—I didn’t have to dig through a pile of clothes to find my size.
The staff deserves a lot of credit. You could tell they were working hard and keeping things running smoothly. Even while staying busy, they were friendly, helpful, and actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing—which is not something you see everywhere these days.
It’s the kind of store where you walk in planning to grab one thing and leave with a few extras… but at least you found everything easily and didn’t feel stressed doing it.
