The work ethic, teamwork, and efficiency of the crew who completed our VERY difficult move from Wisconsin (long walk down sidewalk) to Illinois (3rd floor walk-up) exceeded any and all expectations. I just couldn’t believe my eyes. …In a miraculously short/efficient time, they emptied our entire 1500 square-foot, 2-bedroom apartment, drove our cargo to Chicago, and then carried the furniture and other items safely up those three flights to our new condo. They truly went the extra mile and more at both locations and in between. Everything was carefully wrapped and packed on the truck, and nothing was damaged. They were so hard working, cheerful, extremely polite, and friendly. I could go on and on...
As a side note, I have had the occasion to observe a few other moving companies, and the ones that I observed cannot hold a candle to JL.

“This recent move was our 4th time working with Wade and his team at Ace. As usual, they communicated well and were there anytime we needed them.
Moving cross country is incredibly stressful and while this time was no exception (our driver’s truck would not start the morning of our move due to extremely cold weather.. not his fault at all), the team went above and beyond to ensure we were out of the house we were selling on the day we had to be out.
Ben and his crews were awesome, working rapidly but carefully to pick up our items and then delivering our things on time despite the initial obstacles to overcome.
Jenny and Alex at Ace were both easy to work with and calming presences throughout the process, especially when things went a little sideways due to weather. Ace is the only people we call when we need to move and I can’t recommend them enough!”

No issues upon delivery with the Allied affiliates in my new town - they were polite, accommodating and just as professional as the Allied and Coakley folks in Milwaukee.
It’s important to be sure to pack your boxes thoughtfully, and try not to move pricey or fragile items this way since our move was 1,700 miles, took 2 weeks to receive (we knew this right upfront), and was on three different trucks from point A to B.
Luckily we didn’t move any items of great value (we took those in our cars), so we cannot speak to what the claims experience might’ve looked like, but I can say that it was a smooth and stress-free experience regarding Allied and their affiliates.”
“I definitely would use Allied again. I needed to move within 9 days of calling them. I was put on the schedule the date I wanted. And delivered on the date I wanted 5 days later. I was not required to put $$ down to hold a move date. I pd. 1/2 the day they came and the remaining bal. when they showed up at my destination plus almost half the truck of furniture and boxes were taken to another destination in the next town. (pd. by visa) Their fee was comparable to other major co's. vs. budget unheard of co's. The ORIGINAL BINDING cost to move out of state actually came in less after they weighed it. Which I was credited for. If it weighed more I would NOT have been charged extra. Definitely a happy plus. I did take out full ins. without a ded.. It's been 9 days of unpacking so far and I have not found anything to be damaged.I would give 5 stars but...I did all my own packing. I had at least 5 boxes of misc. things in I needed to pack. I had to ask the 3 movers to focus on getting all the boxed item out instead of grabbing things not boxed yet. I had a 3 story condo of boxes and furniture that could be moved down to garage to be put into the truck. It was just stressful. 3 men but 3 diff. ways of focus on getting the job done. The move in day was fine. One thing I'd like to suggest is having the driver call to let you know what time they were going to be here or there. Instead of the main office calling and giving a time range. My biggest fears that you hear about with moving co'sdid not happen...my belongings were not held for ransom by giving me a binding price but telling you that you owe more money the day they deliver...those are the frauds. And my things were not damaged.Thank you Allied”
“I can't recommend AIM Towing in Oak Creek, Wisconsin highly enough. My two main reps, Alex and Alex, are simply outstanding — always beyond helpful, incredibly fast with quotes, and expert at coordinating freight. They’ve scheduled trucks for me same-day multiple times without missing a beat.
Their entire team is equally impressive (Nikolas and Brandon). Even when their day gets busy handling multiple clients, they consistently step up and provide all necessary information quickly, thoroughly, and with excellent attention to detail. They are even proactive in tracking the arrival and departure of drivers on site, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
A big shout-out as well to Teresa in Accounts Payable — she’s always kind, quick with processing payments, and sends receipts promptly without needing to be chased down.
And let's talk about their rates — hands down the best around. You won't find better service or value elsewhere. While they are closed on weekends, their team is very responsive to emails if you need a quote or assistance outside regular hours.
