“Had an excellent experience working with Coakley Brothers for a residential move. Loading and unloading was extremely smooth and streamlined especially considering we were coming from a second story walk up with a lot of stairs.
The entire moving team were rockstars all day and were super professional and communicative when it came to figuring out where everything was going in the new house. Their efficiency was super impressive as well and we were fully moved in last than 6 hours.

No issues upon delivery with the Allied affiliates in my new town - they were polite, accommodating and just as professional as the Allied and Coakley folks in Milwaukee.
It’s important to be sure to pack your boxes thoughtfully, and try not to move pricey or fragile items this way since our move was 1,700 miles, took 2 weeks to receive (we knew this right upfront), and was on three different trucks from point A to B.
Luckily we didn’t move any items of great value (we took those in our cars), so we cannot speak to what the claims experience might’ve looked like, but I can say that it was a smooth and stress-free experience regarding Allied and their affiliates.”
“Had a great experience with this truck rental. The staff and owner at Elco are great.
Even though I have driven many of these trucks over the years, it was helpful them walking me through the truck operation from braking to lift gate and giving me pointers as to how best to be aware of the size of the truck.
I will definitely be renting from Elco again.”

“While this is rating just the Milwaukee services, my overall experience was fantastic. From booking through POD pickup, communication was clear and timely. Everyone we talked to either via chat or by phone was very polite and knowledgeable. Honestly, in this day and age, where so much is automated through AI agents, I have to commend PODS for not losing sight of the customer experience. I helped my parents facilitate a long distance move using PODs. My mom was very anxious that their stuff would be lost or damaged, but at every step we understood what to expect, how to pack, and when things would be moving. Pleasantly surprised at the customer experience throughout. Every local person we dealt with was FANTASTIC.”
