The staff was awesome very friendly, hardworking, I watched them and they worked well as a team and kept things clean . Whenever they had down time I saw them cleaning something or moving boxes .

Changing all my lights was a big job ,but they moved fast to get it done quickly,I was impressed to see another team member to come over and help the technician finish the task ( I believe he was the manager that helped out)

This team of people know what they are doing and have a great system to get the customer moving quickly,they did great answering any questions myself or other customers had and cared about us to make sure everything was good before we left .

I went back to Valvoline to have my oil change, Desmond, Marie and Jose did a fantastic job, Desmond worked fast to get my oil changed, while I was waiting I was watching them work together as a team to take care of the customers.
When I had questions they answered me and were very friendly, I could really tell that they wanted to provide me with superior customer service.
