Tara did an excellent job on my dirty German Shepherd Puppy. I didn't have an appointment nor did I need one. 1 1/2 hours later I picked her up all clean, trimmed nails and clean ears. The cost was reasonable and well worth it, kudos to Tara and the rest of the staff

Winter is a very rude employee ! Never shop there again as long as that snippy thing works there ! I have 2 Gsds and you lost a lot of business because of her … also I’m big in a lot of pet sites and I communicate with pet owners often so you can be sure I will share my experience with them ! Teach your employees some customers service etiquette !

Really nice and clean, our things we purchase are easily found and accessible. Have experienced really good customer service here. One of the few places you can find that always said Thank you after your purchases. Fish tanks are clean, the reptile and small animal areas have been up kept nicely when I have visited. Only reason why I gave a 4 star was because the conure there showed signs of being a little cold and lonely.

This location is a sufficient location. They do have all the products that they list under the website. However, if you do have a bird-like, I have. They have very limited selections when it comes to food treats and toys. It is a little disappointing. But if you're just going here for the basic needs, it is a quick pick up and go.

PetSmart grooming department does a fantastic job on my girl! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. The store associates are great as well!!
