“I had such a great experience at this FedEx location! I came in needing to return my daughter’s tablet and honestly had no idea what I was doing. One of the managers, I believe her name was Evon, was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything, helped me get it packaged and sent back, and made the entire process so smooth and fast. I even received my refund for the returned item that same day!
What also stood out to me was the service overall. Everyone who came in after me was greeted, helped in a timely manner, and on their way without long waits. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.
Definitely recommend this location if you need to ship or return a package in person. Great customer service from start to finish! 😊📦”
“Love this! Rachel was a wonderful, patient, and incredibly helpful as she walked all 12 of us through our individual projects. We had a blast! Thanks for a great outing! We will be back!”

“Steve and Anna was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted and the style of my business logo on my Chevy Express van (AutoSudz Mobile Detailing). Anna the logo designer did a great job with the size and colors of the design. Thanks Steve and Anna!”

“High quality prints, Ginger & team make everything easy. Very happy with our building signage, printed backdrop, flyers, and truck vinyl lettering. They live up to the fast in their name.”
“Our church (Grace Church in Burlington) does several banners a year. We are so glad that we found this franchise. They do a fantastic job, are great at communication and it’s ready when they say it will be. On top of that, they’re very professional and friendly! Great to work with them!”
“I have worked with Kevin on a couple of projects for a non-profit I work with. I was pretty new at having stuff like that made, but I was walked through it and had everything explained in detail. The banners are always delivered on time, and look terrific! I’ve recommended them to other for vehicle wraps and the work has looked terrific. It’s great to support a local company that provides high quality customer service. They’ve earned my business for life.”
“Found this place after visiting the Milwaukee county civil court looking for eviction paperwork and getting nowhere. This place has everything for rental and eviction notices. Couldn't be happier to have found this place!!”

“Bill the sign guy really went above and beyond! We mismeasured our business sign, and he recut and made the sign look better than the original. Great company, the owners answer when you call! We got quotes from multiple businesses, and nothing came close to what he charges. Great overall! We will be using Graphic Innovations again for future projects !!”

“This is the first time I have worked with City Screen Print and my experience has been nothing but positivity with Bill. He helped design our specific graphics, gave suggestions, and was so very helpful to all of our needs. The customer service and turn around time are exceptional!!”
“AMAZING! I needed wedding invitations and bookmarks printed fast since a previous printer fell through and left me scrambling. I called, got a quote over the phone right away, was able to easily upload my files and they had printed proofs for me within an hour. Hooray! They had several options for me, my items looked great and they had the best prices around. Very affordable! Megan was awesome to work with, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I would have went to them first! Updated 11/15/2012: I now use them for regular copies all the time and they are still so easy to work with. I email them what I need, they let me know that my items are ready! Always a fast turn-around and always competitive prices. The only downfall is trying to find parking downtown.”

In the few instances where something wasn’t produced as expected they have worked with us to remedy. Strongly recommend.”

“I wanted to take a moment to commend Sean at FedEx Store #2056 for his exceptional service. Despite handling a long line of customers by himself, he managed to multitask efficiently while assisting each person. He helped me with my printing and binding needs for a work RFP response that I needed to overnight, all while educating me on the printing process. His professionalism and dedication made my experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you, Sean!”
