“I've used this printing location many times for my small business as well as personal printing. I had two prints that were mistakenly not received via email as I'd done numerous times before. Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!”

He was super professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He never squabbled about my last minute changes or the huge number of details involved. He was an excellent manager and communicator and worked to help keep me in budget. He was so pleasant to work with and I am super grateful. He made this beast of a project seamless. I also want to make mention of Nick who was always aware of my project and helpful and even carried my 50 pound box to my car. Great work!”

I called, got a quote over the phone right away, was able to easily upload my files and they had printed proofs for me within an hour. Hooray! They had several options for me, my items looked great and they had the best prices around. Very affordable! Megan was awesome to work with, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just wish I would have went to them first! Updated 11/15/2012: I now use them for regular copies all the time and they are still so easy to work with. I email them what I need, they let me know that my items are ready! Always a fast turn-around and always competitive prices. The only downfall is trying to find parking downtown.”

The manager and an employee there was so quick to help packing our stuff, calculated the fees, made us sign some papers, and we’re done! Good service! I even came back to ship some other stuff in early January, and they had the same speedy service. Good job!”
