“I had such a great experience at this FedEx location! I came in needing to return my daughter’s tablet and honestly had no idea what I was doing. One of the managers, I believe her name was Evon, was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything, helped me get it packaged and sent back, and made the entire process so smooth and fast. I even received my refund for the returned item that same day!
What also stood out to me was the service overall. Everyone who came in after me was greeted, helped in a timely manner, and on their way without long waits. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.
Definitely recommend this location if you need to ship or return a package in person. Great customer service from start to finish! 😊📦”
“I asked FASTSIGNS to make some banners for a trade show and they were outstanding. My booth looked professional, the quality of the product was superior to others at the show and set up and break down were painless. Scott Miller took pride in getting the job done on time with high quality and explaining the product set up. Highly recommend this business!”
“We have used Prime Printing for countless projects. Recently, we have been trusting Prime Printing to do all of our custom branding for our clients. From custom stickers on coffee cups to custom signs for the front of our coffee cart (and everything in between), we trust that the professionals at Prime Printing will ensure that the final printed product looks professional and reflects our company well and more importantly, impresses our clients.”
“This Minutesman Press is very professional, they are always friendly, and whatever project I have given them ,they've always completed it in a timely manner. They have even given me helpful hints to consider for my business . They do a great job👍🏽”
“The owners and employees at this location are awesome. This is my first review and for good reason: everytime I need something printed or shipped for work, it gets done on time and with professional courtesy. Most recently I was in a crunch because of someone else, and everyone at this UPS Store got to work to help me get everything printed and the two huge display boards set up on a short timeline. I'm glad I won't need to do that again, as I prefer to plan ahead, and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks again, everyone!”
“Steve and Anna was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted and the style of my business logo on my Chevy Express van (AutoSudz Mobile Detailing). Anna the logo designer did a great job with the size and colors of the design. Thanks Steve and Anna!”
“Thanks to Courtney and staff for helping me with a bespoke order! I needed a poster-size map with dry-erase marker capabilities. They shared the options and steered me toward a foam core with laminate coating. It's perfect!”
“Wow. Where do I begin? I am in town and needed some last minute copies. I stumbled into Action DDS. The first thing I noticed was a giant bowl of chocolates on the counter (the good stuff too!). The two gentlemen who worked there were friendly and helpful. I simply had to email my copies to them and they did the rest, easy peasy. While I was waiting they handed me an envelope with their business info and a Powerball ticket. And did I mention there are a couple of arcade games you can play while you wait? I mean, they had me at chocolate but who doesn’t like Pac Man?! In short, if you are looking for exemplary service, with a personal touch this is the place. Look no further. 5 shiny stars.”
“I've worked with all kinds of vendors and I can tell which ones truly care and take pride in what they do. This team had an attention to detail that made the process simple and enjoyable. We've already recommended them to others and look forward to working with them again in the future.”
“This place is awesome. The owner made me feel like family.Seriously why would you get anything printed from mail order or a big box store? When this place has it all?”
“Honestly, gotta give a huge shoutout to Clark Graphics for always coming through.
Just from dealing with my own POS printer at home, I know this job isn’t easy. And have you seen the cost of ink lately? Brutal.
Then you’ve got people rolling in with last-minute deadlines needing stuff in a hurry… (all things I have absolutely done to Clark), and they still always find a way to help me out when I’m in a pinch. Fast, friendly, and never make you feel like a jerk for being late to the party.
Their prices are better than the other places I’ve checked, and even if they weren’t, they’re local. This is exactly where you should be spending your money.”
“I’ve been a customer for close to 20 years. They do excellent work, on time and priced fairly. Their creative team is second to none, and they have dogs to pet. -m.”

“Our church (Grace Church in Burlington) does several banners a year. We are so glad that we found this franchise. They do a fantastic job, are great at communication and it’s ready when they say it will be. On top of that, they’re very professional and friendly! Great to work with them!”

“Walking into Excel Printing is like walking into a print shop on The Andy Griffith Show (if they existed at the time). The husband and wife team have a passion for their business which is nothing compared to their passion for their customers and for making the world a happier and kinder place. They CARE. Their caring translates into a quality (perfect) product. Don't let the physical size of the shop fool you. They can accomplish whatever you need--often with simple ideas to make the end product better. You will leave the shop with a relaxed smile and a sense of accomplishment even though they did everything for you. Great place!”

“Bill the sign guy really went above and beyond! We mismeasured our business sign, and he recut and made the sign look better than the original. Great company, the owners answer when you call! We got quotes from multiple businesses, and nothing came close to what he charges. Great overall! We will be using Graphic Innovations again for future projects !!”

“Went in yesterday and the owners were very very helpful. I needed copies for some documents I had to ship and they didn’t even charge me. They also gave me tape and scissors and allowed me to prepare my packages in the store. Definitely would come back to them in the future .”
“Wanted to give a shoutout to the guy who was working on Saturday, April 25th in the early afternoon. He seemed like he was having a good day, and he made me smile and laugh when I came to pick up my order for baby shower invitations. He also offered me a discount for being a teacher! Thanks for being a highlight of my weekend. The invitations turned out really nice, and designing them myself on Canva and having them printed here was a great way to save money. Plus, the order was placed and ready to pick up within hours.”
