“I've used this printing location many times for my small business as well as personal printing. I had two prints that were mistakenly not received via email as I'd done numerous times before. Although the manager (Kristin) was out of office, she still replied and had the staff expedite the order for a Christmas gift and pickup later that day. Upon arrival (pickup by another person), the color had incorrectly printed. The designer (Josh) emailed me to explain and see what we could do to resolve the issue. I personally stopped by near closing time. The designer took the extra time to work with me to get the correct color printed and explained again what we could do going forward. The staff is always so nice here, and I greatly appreciated the extra time to ensure everything printed up perfectly. They stayed late tonight on a Friday of the holiday weekend to make sure I was happy and had my gift in time! I will continue to go here for orders big and small. Thank you so much!”
