“The owners and employees at this location are awesome. This is my first review and for good reason: everytime I need something printed or shipped for work, it gets done on time and with professional courtesy. Most recently I was in a crunch because of someone else, and everyone at this UPS Store got to work to help me get everything printed and the two huge display boards set up on a short timeline. I'm glad I won't need to do that again, as I prefer to plan ahead, and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks again, everyone!”

“Been living in MKE for 2 weeks, here all summer for an internship, my girlfriend and I been to this place probably 5 times already! Super friendly and helpful owner, gives tips and recommendations. I’m used to my big spacious rural bait shops, but this place packs more variety in a quarter of the space at most! Great selection of plastics and rods/reels and combos for bass, panfish and catfish. I will be going here all summer!”

We place an online order and select in-store pickup. A store employee then contacts us to confirm the sale and the date and time of pickup. We've shipped our demos without pelican cases a few times, and we always end up ordering more. The cases not only protect the delicate equipment, but they make transportation--whether through an airport or to a FedEx office---a breeze.”

“I had such a great experience at this FedEx location! I came in needing to return my daughter’s tablet and honestly had no idea what I was doing. One of the managers, I believe her name was Evon, was absolutely amazing. She walked me through everything, helped me get it packaged and sent back, and made the entire process so smooth and fast. I even received my refund for the returned item that same day!
What also stood out to me was the service overall. Everyone who came in after me was greeted, helped in a timely manner, and on their way without long waits. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.
Definitely recommend this location if you need to ship or return a package in person. Great customer service from start to finish! 😊📦”
