Just had my best experience ever with Postal Service folks! I was notified that my package was delivered, but it wasn't in the mailbox. I called the Greenfield Post Office and spoke with Cindy who immediately got in touch with the carrier. Almost before I hung up, he was at my door package in hand. I can't begin to say how helpful and friendly both Cindy and the carrier were!! It was a true pleasure doing business with them. They solved the problem quickly and with a smile!

We had moved to Greenfield in September. First before we filled out the moving address which was done on their official site, they sent out mail back to sender. Then we started being notified that our other mail, was being returned to sender AFTER filled out the forms with a tag stating that forwarding had expired. So apparently we moved, who knew? Not us! Just spoke with a supervisor regarding an open case for a custom package that they were returning to the sender WHILE I was in their office. She immediately blamed me for the problem. Even when the person I called to open the case clearly could see what was happening and had no explanation for the problem. Super rude. Attitudes matter. I am going to have to get a PO Box in a neighboring city to ensure this doesn't happen again. Never in my life have I ever had so many problems with my mail.

Had a USPS shipping label, no printer. Everything says going to the USPS and they can print their own labels. Get there, both staff and manager say they aren’t trained on their online service. They direct me to FedEx to print out (their own) label. I go, and I’m told by FedEx that the USPS has no idea what they’re talking about. I go back to location ask to cancel the shipping label and get a new one from them in person. Told they can’t cancel it. This location should not be in business, it’s clearly being mishandled, and they aren’t training the staff.

I have lodged a formal complaint against one of the tellers at this post office. Do not go here if you aren’t ready to be ignored, insulted and refused service for no other reason than their lazy incompetence. If the tellers are not there to serve customers, then what is the post of being there. I have never been so insulted in my life while trying to make a passport appointment. As I was making my complaint the teller proceeded to have a screaming match with the manager. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Its pretty sad when you lose a package I waited in line to physically hand to one of your employees. They scanned it, handed me a receipt, and 2 weeks later no tracking movement. I got no where with them on the phone, so I went in and played dumb like "can you help me track this package?" The same person I gave it to 2 weeks earlier looked me in the eye and told me they hadn't received it yet. I told them I dropped it off two weeks ago. They said it hadnt been scanned yet. I WATCHED YOU SCAN IT AND ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS, JUST ADMIT YOU LOST IT, DONT LIE!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR I WOULD! THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE HANDS DOWN! WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE IS DOING A HORRIBLE JOB! I GET ALERTS BY EMAIL ON WHAT I AM GETTING IN THE MAIL BUT IT ALWAYS NEVER COMES ON THE DAY IT'S SUPPOSED TO COME! I MOVED IN MY NEW HOME 6 MONTHS AGO AND I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MAIL UNTIL I MOVED TO THE NEW AREA I'M IN NOW. WHENEVER YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

For the first time the staff was actually friendly! I've been in there so many times when the staff seemed impatient and unfriendly. Today was a pleasant trip to the post office!

Somebody here is stealing packages! I'm not sure who it is,and I'm not sure who else has gone through this,but I've had MULTIPLE packages come up missing!! Not cool,dude! And it's making this place look even worse with the lady with the bad attitude working there. The energy is always off and the workers are always negative. It's a never going here again for me!

I went yesterday to make a passport for my 4 month old baby and we got there the black lady with glasses was already helping others to do their passport. It took her 30 minutes and we were patiently waiting. When she was done with them she told us that she would not take us because it was past our appointment time even though she was already helping others. We explained her that we were on time and is not our fault that it took her so much time with the others. She was very rude and she went to the back and told her manager and she told us the same thing. They even got the audacity to tell us that the other people were late for their appointment. So you’re telling me that these people were late but you still helped them but not us that we were right on time? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and SHAME on you leaving a mother with her baby waiting for that long and then get denied. These people should get fired or maybe do some more training on their customer service.

Super Rude employees, Horrible attitudes directed towards customers. It makes me really wonder how they are still employed when they are dealing with customers in such rude and disrespectful attitudes.

I lived at my address for 25 year and never have we gotten mail delivered at 7:00PM at night. Why is the mail being delivered so late. Its ridiculous.

You would think a location on this side of town would have better customer service. It's a nice area, why are they so moody?I've lived in the area 8 years and have been there many times. This is the first time I've had issues. I go up to the sign where we wait and just look at me. No "Hello sir, how can we help you?" No anything. Just a stare down.They are hiring and I'm tempted to take their jobs.

A package that I was waiting for never came. It was delivered within Milwaukee County so no big deal. I recieved an ETSY notification that my package was delivered. Nothing. This was an important package for a very important reason. Was told it was delivered. Lousy and insanely rude service by usps Greenfield Shame on you!!!

Worst post office I have dealt with hands down. Two of my packages were misdelivered by the mail carrier in the past and zero apologies were given. When I called to ask where they were I got treated like I was bothering them and was rudely told to be patient when my package was supposed to be delivered a week ago and that maybe my neighbors will deliver it to me soon. I also always received my neighbors mail on a regular and brought it to them. Going inside to talk to someone is just as bad, terrible attitudes by the front counter. I gave up and started sending my mail to my work which is no where near this location. I have since moved and now have a different mail carrier, no misplaced or lost packages yet…

I'm not complaining about the people at forest home I just moved in the 4000 block on 51st. And I have beware dog signs but my dogs never out side when mail man runs and he or she often don't deliver the mail I missed a package Thurs and rescheduled for today the mail person never ran and my wife stayed home to wait on Package we're both upset and hopefully tomorrow morning I can get my package at this post office and hopefully I can write a better review on this post office
