I am beyond disappointed in the support from Verizon. You have no accountability and even when I work with the state of Wisconsin consumer Protection agency they seem to be powerless to get an answer from Verizon. I even have a case opened with Mike, Who is on Verizon executive relation team, And he has failed to respond to my last 7 emails over the past two weeks. I stopped trying to calling because I would just get his voicemail and he wouldn’t call me back.
You’re more than happy to sell me new phones and then hold me hostage. You guys overbuild me by $200 and not one person on your team is responding to me. What you’re doing is criminal and I will do everything in my power to fight you.

As far as the store goes, I'll only deal with 1 person there, Marco. Marco should be a manager there. His skills in customer service are top tier and he's polite and considerate.
Verizon tech support is trash though. Don't ever waste your time chatting with them because they don't care and don't know the products like they should. I have 33 hoirs invested in chat support with tier 2 techs and they were of no help. 30 minutes in the store with Marco, problem solved! Promote this man! Verizon needs more people like him!!

Did not enjoy our interaction with Cam at all. We were not greeted nor were we said goodbye to. When he got to us it was “what are you getting?” Not hello, how can I help you. After taking our old phones he just left us at the desk and we sat there for like 5 minutes waiting. He approached us asking “do you need something else?”. Not a thank you, goodbye, have a great day. He just left without letting us know we were done. I met his hostility with my own upon approach, I knew I was not going to continue with any questions we had, so we went elsewhere to 108th street, where they were WONDERFUL.

I would not visit the store, based on ads on the TV. The ads are very deceptive, as they claim that you get a free phone. Actually, the way they work is you get the phone for free but you make payments on the full price on a 2 1/2 year contract. They lock you into a contract, so if you leave you have to pay for the phone plus a penalty. Verizon is very very expensive, their network has become unreliable on 5G, and offers no discounts.

Makde an appointment, and got there on time. 3 people working total, 2 were busy with other customers. Third employee checked us in and then left to go help a walk in customer who came in after us. Spent a few minutes with the walk-in customer and then went in back and disappeared. Waited over 10 minutes then the other two employees were free. They started walking toward us and two other groups walked in. The employees went to them and started helping them. My group just left at that point. Thank god we were just going to inquire about service, I can’t imagine what their customer service is like for people who already have their service.

We worked with Marco today and he was absolutely wonderful! He made the whole process of upgrading our phones wonderful. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I will ask for Marco everytime I go into the store, he seriously made my day because he was so pleasant to work with. Thanks for being so awsome, Marco!

The service from those who work there is good but the service that Verizon already offers is the worst. Now it turns out that places where I previously had good coverage are no longer seriously thinking about changing to another company.

Bad wifi I DoorDash and I got bad reviews because the wifi and I don’t advice anybody to do deal with them
